Dante Cajilig I have a good friend and neighbor, she has spent the last 8 years trying to become a citizen. She has worked cleaning houses to save for an attorney and has to check in with ice on a regular basis. They keep moving her court dates and pushing her to the back of the line. Las time they moved her 1 year because they said they the ones coming in illegally were clogging up the system. So she lives in constant fear, can’t get a steady legal job. She has taught herself English and in our small town she is an angel, she takes care of the old people, some bed ridden and in many cases free of charge, because these people have no family or money. She is always helping and has had a key to my home and is like family. THIS is the kind of loving HARDWORKING person anyone would be blessed to have as a friend and neighbor. So not fair! I am a republican and love what Trump is doing. Stop illegal immigration. Control our borders, but it is sad that one trying to do it legally is being shoved aside

The Bill of Rights was ratified to protect us, our liberty, and popular sovereignty from European politics. We are not like a "giant version of England." Guns are more of a defining and distinguishing factor than not. In fact, we have the second amendment because of what was seen as acceptable in English law yet was not by Americans. Our egalitarian values alone distinguished us from all European countries. Im not sure if youre a cause or an effect of the cultural genocide waged against the American people, i do know however that every one of your points is wrong and propaganda aimed at replacing the American ethnicity with one that resembles something more European than the product of the ideals America was founded upon. White people pissing all over the greatest accomplishments of white people, while claiming some form of supremacy because theyre white, is fantastically queer and entirely astonishing and dumbfounding without hyperbole. @Deviant, There are also underlying motives for doing what I suggested. 1) This would be a political plus for the President 2) FEMA camps are tax payer funded and they're deployed throughout the U.S. randomly during exercises anyways during emergencies. Though they can be construed as internment camps (depending on what they're used for), this would be the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the intent of a FEMA camp using the military to secure the perimeter. 3) What better way than to have possible terrorist(s), gang-bangers and other not so desirable people come to you (under controlled circumstances) instead of you go looking for them. This way, the investigating, vetting and scrutiny used to I.D. each and everyone would be thorough. 4) The FEMA camp would be at the Mexico/California boarder . What better state than California (a left leaning, socialistic, sanctuary state) to handle this. Democrats used the welfare system to break the "welfare" system. Why not use "Sanctuary status" to break the Sanctuary state? 5) There are other reasons - but use your own critical thinking to figure them out. As far as "honorable intentions". The term in and of itself is relative. Anyways, I'm sure there are men, woman and children in the exodus who just want to work and thrive but are unable to in their native country because of extenuating circumstances, none of which you nor I are privy to. There a places in the world that are so far gone that only a military invasion from an outside entity would fix... so it would seem reasonable to give those with "honorable intentions" the benefit of the doubt.
