theyre usually parked at the perimeter of where hes visiting while the other vehicles are parked at a nearby location. all of this is designated in advance by the Secret Service, which is charge of his protection, and also of the logistics of the entire motorcade. They always have an advance scout team to designate this, its not just done at the last minute.
