I've always wondered how these lines are. I've always traveled with another airline which is less stressful than this.

I work for an airline and in the industry we call US Airways---US Scareways...but all of us deal with bad days at work and the larger the network the airline has the easy it is to deal with-US Airways is at a disadvantage in most cities due to this.

got stuck in Philly Christmas week 2009. Horrendous!! US Airways staff useless. Get in line, get in line. Thats all I got. No food vouchers, no hotel offered. Complete chaos. Staff wandering around discussing their christmas dinner, not a bit interested in getting passengers on their way. Very traumatic

My aunt was Stuck here and she had to stay there overnight for bout 15 hours!!!

Way back when US Air was Allegheny Airlines, my folks called them Agony Airlines and Alligator Airlines. Then came the name change, which led to US Scare and Useless Air.

If the delay is for bad weather, it is justified, but if it is a delay for technical or unforeseen failures(judgements) and if they repeat themselves, cancel the license to them and that is it.

I don't know who'd want to fly to Phil-thy-delphia anyway
