US doesn't have bases in any location in the Mid-east against the consent of the people there. For example, all bases in Iraq and Syria are there upon the consent of the local peoples, the Kurds, who have been abused by their neighbors for a long time, and are happy US forces are there so they can finally make money off their own resources instead of Al-Assad and Saddam stealing it like they did in the past. Or Iran stealing it now.

You are misinformed, the US is not stealing Syrian oil, and is only in Syria upon request and consent of the local peoples, the Kurds. The US is only in Kurdish areas, and protects them from Al-Assad who killed 200,000 Syrian civilians in the Civil War. Before the US troops were in Kurdistan, Al-Assad and Saddam stole all of the Kurdish oil. Now, the Kurds sell their oil on global markets and get fair pay for it, thanks to US military presence in the area. The US isn't stealing oil in Syria, it's protecting Kurdish oil fields from Al-Assad and Syrian gov who wishes to steal the oil from Kurds, now the Kurds get to make money off their own resources. Thanks to USA. Next time try to research, and don't blindly believe propaganda you see online and in media like RT News, that's how you end up spreading ignorance and false information like you just have for an Empire (Russia) that doesn't care about you and killed 9,000 Syrian civilians in Syria and 200,000 through Al-Assad their puppet dictator. Not exactly. Russia wanted a piece of Africa during the Berlin Conference but got left out. What stopped Russia from being an official member is that they did not have a viable route to Africa. They were opposed on possible land and sea routes by bitter enemies like the Ottomans and even members of the very conference like Germany and Britain. What Russia had to settle for was a trade agreement that would allow them access to the plunder of Africa but only as a third party through one of the 14 founding members. A little factual reseach goes a long way.
