I just want to point out that if your lower abdomen is protruding despite you being lean it could be to a misalignment of your pelvis, which could be fixed with certain stretches/exercises to move it back into position. It's worth looking into it just in case.

I don't think having your womb surgically removed will help with the fold ... and might be a bit excessive as a way of "fixing" yourself. Pretty sure they do something less likely to cause permanent harm and leave a big scar when the neuter human women. Though I get why she would think being pregnant and giving birth sucks ... even as a guy looking in from the outside, it's kinda just obvious. maybe worth it to some people like any other thing that is a pain that you still like doing ... but frankly, the female side of human reproduction is absolute F tier.
