Yesss!!!! The conversations you have in clinics can be hilarious. You end up talking about things this never normally tell a stranger. When I Had all my kidney tests I always drank there. In struggle to hold much more than a litre. Plus it goes straight to my bladder when I stand up. I usually end up doing that waddly walk trying not to pee myself as I go in. I can never get a bus straight home as it takes a good hour to finish dribbling through to my bladder. Oh the joys

Glad your appointment went fairly smoothly and they were at least able to eliminate one possibility. Fingers crossed it won’t be too long before they figure out the actual cause and can treat it

😊 I think nerves take over in situations like that anyway well doen😊 I've had this test doen twice before it's horrible haveing to drink all that water I hope I never have to go again x

My bladder does not drain all the way if it's too full. Every morning I go, then start making coffee and all the sudden need to go a 2nd time. It's a bother when I go before bed then get in bed and need to go again.

Good grief that is a narrow road to squeeze a bus side by side with other vehicles. I wonder how many side mirrors get ripped off.. ha Oh my.. what a procedure for you and the other lady. I totally understand the feeling of having to pee in a room with a toilet. Many years ago, as a young child I had the Proctography procedure. Even as a child I was embarrassed. Hope to never have to do that again. ha. I admire your ease on discussing these topics, as you never know who you are helping throughout their medical issue.

So there is different companies with the busses and trains? In Bergen, Norway we have tram and busses in only on company. Train is another, but that is not used much locally, it just goes from Bergen to Oslo.

Yes - and if you buy a return ticket, you can only use it with the same company you brought it from - so it limits your options for getting home. I'm wondering if two single tickets would be a better idea in future. I need to research the price difference.

I remember one of my daughters having that test when she was small, it is a very unnatural environment to try and pee isn't it haha.Glad it all went well in the end x

I had to have a scan ,I was drinking all morning , felt like I needed to pee but was told my bladder was empty the lady got quite cross with me😮

Oh no!!!

when u where a teenager did u have bladder issues, did u get infections a lot. apparently the urine tests in the uk arent as advanced as the usa. when the test is negative its actually positive.

I don’t think I did when I was a teenager but certainly as an adult I’ve been blighted by urine infections until I finally got them managed by medication so they’re no longer a problem, but it would be good to know the cause and treat the cause. Oh I didn’t know the tests were different in the USA. Thanks so much for watching.

Whether or not I was able to fully empty my bladder or not after weeing. And yes - I was! :)

No Imo...you are not the worlds most frequent wee er...that's me!! i have been having problems like this for years and finally a female dr who specialised in gynecology examined me and said I had a prolapse (from having two babies years ago). I had to do pelvic floor exercises and this has helped enormously...maybe this is what has happened with you...did you have a normal or "traumatic" birth with Issy? My Dr said the fact that I had had a premature birth (son) and then a forceps delivery (daughter) this caused an undiagnosed prolapse....which I never new about until these problems started to come up. Best of luck with identifying your problems.xx
