Anxiety and stress are the most likely causes of frequent urination. When you have anxiety, your muscles get very tense. This tension puts pressure on your bladder, which in turn makes you feel like you need to urinate more than you would otherwise. Hey, I don't know if it's possible for you but I recommend getting a note from the doctor to present to the examiners/invigilators. Saves you the trouble of explaining yourself. I feel your pain. I used to hold it in for hours for years and I think that's aggravated my now maddening overactive bladder.

Once, i was in a deep sleep and thought i was dreaming that i had to pee but then i realise it wasn't a dream. I went to the toilet, it was very painful to walk. Hard to pee. Even after that, i was still struggling to go to the room. I finally went on my room like a worm. Sometimes i even set alarm clock in the night every one hour.

While passing i get low abdomen pain behind belly button

I have been using uvb (radiation) for Vit d treatment and I now urinate a lot, my bladder gets full very quickly. I was exposing the abdomen area but will now just avoid it. Hopefully that helps.

I can easily pee 4 times per hour and that’s if I have to hold it in. Sometimes I can go every 10 minutes and it feels like I held it in for a few hours. I can pee 5-7 times per night when sleeping and that’s low for me I’d have to painfully hold it in to try to sleep. Been like this for years. It’s insane the shit we deal with sometimes. That’s just the tip of the ice berg too

Hello I have some issues. I am a 20 years old male. Like a week ago, I was having urgency to Urinate. I Urinated like 6-13 times. I went to get tests for UTIs or Kidney Stones. Tests were negative nothing was abnormal. When I urinate I feel like there’s urine left in my penis so I have to strain or push to get the rest out. It takes 3 or 4 seconds for urine to start even though I have urges. Sometimes a little urine leaks in small drops. I have like discomfort in urethra and sometimes I have like twitching or fasciculations inside my urethra. This is scarying me. I don’t have any other symptoms like pain or blood in my urine.

It could also be from anxiety

I’ve gone to a bunch of different doctors and specialists and they can’t even help me fix this damn fucken problem . I’ve tried a bunch of different medicine and probiotics and nothing helps

@@darya-ww5ye I would suggest you two things: 1. Don't drink too much water before going to bed. 2. Give some time for the urine to pass, sometimes it takes time for the bladder to empty, especially before going to sleep.

I'm 33 and this past days I've been urinating frequently and it's bothering me. The color is normal and I don't feel anything painful. But it's just I urine frequently! It's driving me crazy!

just go to the doctor and describe all your symptoms. they will request blood tests, urine test (in case it's an infection, but those go away with antibiotics so don't worry too much) and probably an ultrasound to check your bladder. if your exams are good then your problem might be just anxiety. it's really common!! try to do a little research about it and you will see that a lot of people experience this without having any physical disease

It’s like almost every hour for me during the day and maybe once or twice at night, just a lot of urine, no pain, blood, or strange color. It’s like the bladder of menopause woman but im not of menopause age yet thou my period has stopped 😅 i asked the doctor abt it but no answer. I think it has to do w the lack of estrogen. Not sure how to cure it but i basically cannot go outside more than 1 hour without access to bathroom. So if i go hiking my no 1 concern is not the hike, im pretty good at that, but the lack of “facility”.

I pee a lot after I eat. Like 4 or 5 times every 30 minutes then it will be back to normal. Why is that?

I piss 5 gallons with in 24 hour period its been that way for a very long time, at this point I think I’m close to death over lack of sleep and other health disorders. I’m so tired but only can sleep 15 to maybe 20 minutes at a time, I smoke 2 maybe 3 packs a day as well... I’m a type 2 diabetic and much more. I’m a dead man walking

Hey, back pain with frequency mostly indicates kidney infection.. There are other symptoms too.. But in reality it is not necessary to have all the textbook symptoms so plz get yourself checked.

My frequency increases in evening to once every hour. No problem during the day.

@@raghavendravishwas5929 Few things worked for me after seeking treatment. Everything looked normal in sonography too.. Sugar levels normal too. Eat enough dinner. If u r hungry, u will pee more If u feel cold, u will pee more. Plus it doesn't go away completely. There are couple of days in a week where I still pee evey hour in evenings. Just remember, it's not something serious.

Hello I am 20 years old, I have some issues. Like a week ago, I was having urgency to Urinate. I Urinated like 6-13 times. I went to get tests for UTIs or Kidney Stones. Tests were negative nothing was abnormal. When I urinate I feel like there’s urine left in my penis so I have to strain or push to get the rest out. It takes 3 or 4 seconds for urine to start even though I have urges. Sometimes a little urine leaks in small drops. I have like discomfort in urethra and sometimes I have like twitching or fasciculations inside my urethra. This is scarying me. I don’t have any other symptoms like pain or blood in my urine.

From 2 pm to 7 pm i pee aprox 10 to 15 times why

I am also constantly urinating through the night and day I wake up very tired and feel sleep deprived. So needing to have a nap I the afternoon .

@@aasthakashyap8045 started in the pandemic. One day I just peed so much. I’ve had it for 3 yrs and my urologist believes it’s stress incontinence. I will be doing the surgery which stretches the bladder so it could hold more urine. So wish me luck

I have to pee over 30 times s day and get up to pee 7-8 times at night so i sleepe very bad. I have the urge to pee every 10 min its been like this for 8 month now and it only got worse😢 doctors dont know what cause and how to treat Im going crazy i dont want to live like this😫 anyone with experience who Can help? Wear a diaper, it's nothing to be ashamed of when wearing a diaper. I always wear an adult sized diaper so that I don't have to go to bathroom every 5 minutes.

@@Prithikalux suffered for one month I had taken medicine for uti ...but nothing worked for me... my doctor told me for ultra sound ...my ultra sound was also ok 😂doctor told it's in your mind only and after 2-3 days my frequency of peeing decreased frequently ....now I do 5 times in a day like regular.. ihad eaten a lot of fruits and was engaged in different activities ....may be it can be your thinking only ...if it's persuade u should consult your doctor once if any infection ...
