Damn dude, if the patient is diseased or infected you are going to smell it without sniffing the specimen jar. I have done thousands of UA's and have never been taught to stick my nose to the jar and sniff, that goes against safety P&P's

Clarity of urine also give you lot of info such as patient is dehydrated or overhydrated

At least she tried. Lol some people can't make a video online. They can't express themselves , they want to say a lot , but when it's show time is like they are in mute mode. It happens to me. I don't know why. !!!!

She said 30-60 sec but there are certain strips which identifies presence of leukocytes which can be read after 2 mins on strip.

Most accurate results can be obtained on strip itself like negative or positive each content like glucose, ketone etc

...thats not lab safety protocol to smell that. I cant believe you snuffed that.

Its not safe to smell wen you making urine

I can't believe you don't start your video by saying how much of a sample you start with these are the most important things do you start with 30 cc's 40 CC's 20ml what do you start with to start your sample

the scent itself is not enough grounds to fail a drug test so why even do it?

WHERE IS THE NAME OF THE PERSON ON THE URINE BOTTLE????? AND CLIENT NUMBER!!????.. THIS TEST COULD COME BACK AS A FALSE POSITIVE ON THE WRONG PERSON!!!!!!!!

dude. microscopic analysis would be better. I think people can figure out how to use a dip stick. It's in the name. Dip the stick in urine, but adding one drop to each square is better. Basically, how the frick frack in the paddy wack do you decant.

I’m in the us and I’ve never seen them sniff the urine .
