The first one was an attack before Uri , by terrorists from north east , that was the first time army crossed into another country and killed all those terrorists . Uri attack happened from pakistan in army camp as you have seen already , that was way bigger attack .

how they can attack inside army camp? ans = yes they can do it cause india have a lot of ogws (over ground workers)/sleeper cells, doing a reccee is an easy job. nothing is impossible when you have help from inside, routes for transporting explosives and even terrorists.
