Just an idea (not a new one) ... should we join Estonia and Finland? somewhat I understand Finnish better than South-Estonian local languages.

and... what is the final fun: southern Estonians actually have less problems in understanding and communicating WITH Finns... not in Finnish :P

Probably all of Estonian kids have at least a 2-3 month of Finnish course.

Isiklikust kogemusest võin öelda, et isegi spetsiifiline sõnavara on omandatav väga kiiresti. Ja soomlased on väga tolerantsed..... aga alles siis, kui oled nende usalduse võitnud. Umbes nagu eestlased, aga eestlastel läheb kauem aega.....
