One of my favorite book series when I was growing up was "Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark." There was a story in one of those books about a girl who was dared to stay in a cemetery and accidentally plunged a knife through her dress, pinning her to the grave where she died of fright.

A Twilight Zone episode did this, a man stabs a knife into a grave and gets pulled down. Next day they find that he'd stabbed his own jacket and died of fright, but the twist was that the wind was blowing the opposite way of his jacket.

Jessica is awesome..she does deserve an award. As far as someone dying at the grave of a serial killer. Be warned dear reader, this is some very dark stuff. This could be where the legend comes from. Grave Sitting was known in ancient times as form of seance. The word seance is derived from the Old French verb “seoir,” meaning “to sit”. Performed by the necromancer, it was a service that was offered in which a family member of someone who was killed violently, could upset the eternal rest of the person who committed the murder. The necromancer would summon the spirit of the "serial killer" and curse their rest. The necromancer would often use worldly possessions significant to both the victim and the family member seeking the service, such as portraits or childhood toys. Once the curse would unfold, the murder's rest would be disturbed and act as a final punishment from the family of the murdered one. Every once and a while, either due to the necromancer's lack of experience or due to the magic faculties of the murder, the curse would backfire. This would result in the untimely death of the necromancer and curse being unsuccessful.

As a teenager (14-15) I would get a ride or walk out of my little home town in southern Mo. to a little town called Victoria and would go out to the small cemetery out there (no lights, no guards, out in the woods at the time) and would take a bottle of wine and sit out there all night and spend the night talking to my Uncle Bill who'd died 6 days before I turned 5 years old. I was very close to him. I'd eventually lay down next to him and pass out, wake up in the morning and hitch hike home.

Hay Grimms also thought maybe you could do some spots on Twilight Zone episodes like where Rod got his inspiration and any stages or spots where anything was shot.

I watched Beyond Belief Fact or Fiction since the first season with James Brolin. Also, he has been doing new ones but if I am remembering right, they are being shown in Germany.
