please mujhe bata dy upwork par verification interview zaroori hai ya nahi

Hi brother I am facing a problem on my upwork account. After getting first job when i accept the offer id verification problem came. I tried to verify it. After verifing it in first 5 miniute both id card and selfie option were green but after 5 to 10 minute then become yellow. i tried again and again but at last id card and selfie option showing green and third option was showing yellow and after an hour all the three option become yellow and the problem is still there. do you understand what i want to say. Please reply quickly

Bro js ko ap interview kah Rahe ho, ho actually Human Review hy ager ap k CNIC pictures ya face picture clear Nahi hote and Auto system verify Nahi kr Paata pir ap se human review means Video call kr k interview leya Jata hy and ap ka account verify kia jata hy but Ager pictures clear Honge to direct hojyga without interview

Ap ne payment method kese aur k name se lagaya Hoga ya bad mein koi aur changing ke Hogi js ke waja se pir se verification maag Raha hai us changes ko undo kro verification ka option pir show Nahi hoga

Identity verification start pe click krne se ek hi page open ho rha or upload krne ka option bhi nhi aa rha..

same problem mujhe bhi arhi hai, sms pe jo link araha hai wo chal nhi rha or agar mobile se karo scan krke to same page pe le ata hai ....
