Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Hi friends! Hopefully you enjoy this little tutorial to make your very own little angy coffee! These little cuties are so easy to whip up and you can use the same pattern to make them using chunky yarn or using smaller yarn!
If you have any questions just leave a comment and I'd be happy to answer them! HAPPY CROCHETING!
Supplies:
Size 4 yarn (aran, worsted) in any cup colour and brown (I used Paintbox Simply Aran)
6mm safety eyes or 6mm beads (or you can use felt or embroider the eyes)
Black crochet thread or embroidery thread
Polyester Fiberfill Stuffing
Stitch marker
Darning/Tapestry/Yarn needle
Scissors
Written Instructions:
Cup:
Using the main colour, Mc6
R1: Inc x6 [12]
R2: (Sc, Inc) x6 [18]
R3: (Sc 2, Inc) x6 [24]
R4: Sc 24 in BLO [24]
R5-11: Sc around [24]
R12: Slst around LOOSELY [24]
Cut the yarn leaving enough to finish off. Invisible finish into the next stitch and hide the yarn in the middle of the cup.
Handle:
Using the main colour, make a slip knot leaving a few inches as a starting tail
Ch11, then starting in the second chain from the hook, Sc 10 all the way down the chain to the end.
Cut the yarn leaving a few inches for sewing in each side of the handle.
Coffee:
Using brown coloured yarn, Mc8
R1: Inc x8 [16]
R2: (Sc, Inc) x8 [24]
Cut the yarn leaving about a 12-16 inches for sewing in.

To make it a little easier to follow along, I tried my best to make the video as a readable pattern with timestamps! This is my first time doing this so it's probably not perfect, but I hope it helps! Intro: 0:00 Materials: 1:06 Cup: - 3:55) Round 1: MC 6 - 6 - 5:07) Round 2: INC 6 - 12 - 6:35) Round 3: (SC 1, INC 1)x6 - 18 - 7:24) Round 4: (SC 2, INC 1)x6 - 24 - 8:06) Round 5: *BL only!* SC 24 - 24 - 9:23) Rounds 6-13: SC 24 - 24 - 10:05) Round 14: SLP 24 - 24 - 11:05) FO Cup (go into BL of last SLP) Handle: - 12:32) SLP knot (leave a few in. On yarn tail) - 13:03) Chain 11 SC - 13:20) (2nd chain back from the hook) SLP 10 - 14:07) FO handle (leave a couple in. tail) Drink/inside of cup: - 14:20) Round 1: MC SC 8 - 8 - 15:05) Round 2: INC 8 - 16 - 15:35) Round 3: (SC 1, INC 1)x8 - 24 - 16:19) FO Drink (leave about 1' 3" tail) Put it all together!: - 16:24) Safety eyes - put 4 stitches apart near the middle on the front of the cup - 17:18) Embroidering face - 19:26) Attach Drink to mug - 21:10) Stuff with polyfill (don't stuff too firm to keep bottom flat) - 21:21) Finish attaching drink - 22:07) Attach handle - 24:59) Congratulations! Thank you for the transcription of this pattern. One change I would make is in the wording for attaching the safety eyes. In the video, the eyes appear to be mounted 5 stitches apart (leaving 4 open stitches between the eyes). Perhaps I am in a small group of people who interpret "4 stitches apart" to mean something different from what was shown in the video, but I think the instructions may be more clear for everyone if they said "5 stitches apart (leaving 4 open stitches between eyes)"?

Big thanks for this tutorial. My 10 years old granddaughter and I made 25 of this little cups and gave them as Christmas presents for every one of her teachers and couches. We put a little kiss chocolate on top and every one loved it. It was something fun to share with my granddaughter
HOLY CRAP!! I'VE FINALLY FOUND A TUTORIAL THAT EXPLAINS MAGIC CIRCLE IN A WAY THAT DOESN'T MAKE HE WANT TO BURNN ALL MY YARN AND DRIVE OFF A CLIFF!! I bow down before your excellence, madam!

@@FalseBubbles I have a friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer and I've been trying to make a ln shortly ready beginner triangle shawl for her but it starts with a magic loop and the video went so quickly without any verbal explanation that I was totally lost. I tagged it to the person who made the video and they told me to host slow the video down but I had already slowed it to .25 speed. I'm a very visual learner and personally a knitter (i leaned to crochet as a kid 30 years ago but was never told what why of the stitched were called) I rely heavily on learning both the action of the stuck and the name of the stretch based on videos until I can learn to read patterns and connect it to the hand motions I was taught as a child. The pacing of your video is absolutely perfect and I feel like I can FINALLY start on the shawl for my friend, who has already started chemo. So when I say this video is a big deal to me, it's a REALLY big deal. I appreciate you and I'm glad I stumbled onto your channel. Already hit subscribe and can't wait to check it more! Thank you again for helping me help my friend. 💛
THANK YOU so much for putting the written pattern in the description! I struggle sometimes with video patterns and written ones just make more sense to my brain. Thank you!
I cannot thank you enough for this! I went from having never picked up a hook less than a month ago to making my first plush. It's not perfect, like yours is, but I am very proud of it. Thank you again.
You are the absolute best instructor I have ever had on KZread. Thank you

☺️ thanks so much. I'm glad you liked it!!!
You are such a great teacher! I always lose count of my stitches and make huge errors and just continue on with half- baked projects, but this is a breakthrough for me! The stitches and the shape are matching up to what you say they should be!

😂 I had some cream color yarn I spilled coffee on! This is to perfect not to use coffee stained yarn to make angry coffee cups! Love it!

I know this is an old post HOWEVER... small projects like this are an excellent break when you're overwhelmed with other, bigger or tedious/projects that require much attention to detail with stitch counting and multiple row repeats. *Finishing one of these little cups gives you a sense of accomplishment.. Release of dopamine...and then you can proceed to finish your other projects* Unsure about the dopamine thing...I just said it because it sounded good but it does give a sense of accomplishment lol
Thank you SO much for including the written pattern! I'm making a couple today for my grandcats. 😻
Great Tutorial video, you're the best instructor. First try, and I made it. 🥰🥰🥰 Watching from Philippines.🇵🇭
Dearest Megan, my fingers are all thumbs and I never thought it possible that I could crochet an upset coffee cup that looks halfway decent, but with your help, I did it! Not that mine looks anything like the cute cup you crocheted, but it is far and away superior to all the things I have crocheted before. I didn't even curse once while I was following your tutorial (something utterly unheard of with all my other trials). I loved the relaxing music and your pleasant voice and I will do my level best to crochet another upset coffee cup that I can actually gift to someone else. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

oh gosh! I didn't see this until now! Thank you so much for your kind words
I made one for my niece, who loves coffee, and I liked it so much I'm making one for myself! Great tutorial, especially the details on how exactly to attach the handle and coffee parts and the best way to weave in the ends.
I love these! Thank you :) It was easy to follow and much more exciting than another washcloth
Thank you! Amazing tutorial and an even bigger thank you for writing the pattern in the description!
This is a wonderful little thing. I see a whole slew of them on my Christmas "to make" list. I love small items to make that are easy to travel with.
I love the little fellas so much, thank you for the tutorial! I dislike sewing amigurumi parts together with a passion and I avoid it whenever I can, so I fiddled around a little and you can make the pattern no-sew pretty easily, which is another huuuge plus for me :3 brb, gonna make a family of coffee mugs now 🥰
Thank you sooo much for this tutorial! As a recent beginner, this was the first project I tried with the magic circle... and I'm happy to say this was a very cute success!
My first ever project, everyone loved it thnkuuu so muchh, so easy to follow 😍❤️
Darling coffee mugs. Great tutorial! I love making these to give away. People really seem to like receiving them. Thank you so much!
Super easy to follow!! Love my new angy coffee ❤️
thank you so much for this tutorial!!!! I'm a beginner and this is the first piece I've made that I can say I'm proud of! LOL. Excellent instructions, very detailed and helped me see where I was making mistakes previously. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

My daughter and her friend (their birthdays are just a day apart) are going to love this! Thank you so much for the patterns. I can make enough for a little doll house, as I know that the girls will play with them as if they are dolls. Kids are cute like that...
this was such a perfect video! I recently started crocheting and little by little I’m learning more about the magic circle but I didn’t really get how to increase until this video. This was such a cute project and I can’t wait to see more beginner friendly videos that you have on your channel! Thank you
Too darn cute! I am a coffee lover and plan on making these in all different sizes. Your tutorial was very easy to follow. Thank you so much!
I loved making this little coffee cup for my future daughter-in-law. She loves it as much as she loves her coffee ☕️. Thank you so much. You explained it so well.
Did I just finished making a chunky coffee cup ... I sure did. Am I making another one? I sure am ! am I happy and proud?! I sure am and do I think I'm addicted ... hell yeah

aaaarrrrrrrghh, THESE ARE SO STINKING CUTE. I cannot resist the urge to make a bunch of them.
Adorable craft, beautifully explained. Thank you.
These are so cute! Thank you for the pattern. I have made 2 so far. I did change the last row from a slip stitch to a twisted single crochet.
I AM OBSESED! Thank you so much for this tutorial. Your instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I've made one and it's so adorable! I've decided that mine will be a cup of tea, and I've done that by adding a short piece of white yarn with yellow square at the end. I attached it to the brown part and now it looks like there's a teabag inside. I'll be gfting it to my friend, because he is obssesed with tea, and his birthday party is next week. TYSM!
great tutorial you explained every step so clearly, you're a good teacher. thanks for sharing this, can't wait to make some.
I've heard the magic loop is one of the hardest things to learn in beginner crochet, and your instructions were crystal clear:)

Thank you for the step by step. I was able to pause and replay when needed. I am using this to make Christmas hot cocoa ornaments. Using a red mug, a little lighter brown, and adding some white marshmallows to the top of the hot cocoa. :)
Love your instructions on the magic circle. I've never seen it done that way. I'm definitely a subscriber of you channel because I like that your videos are easy to understand and follow.
Thank you for the pattern! I enjoyed making a happy coffee

No hate but it’s not as easy as you think, she’s done it longer than most of us so she gets it pretty well but other people look at it differently, I am new to crocheting also and when I tell you everything she’s doing is no where near what I’m doing but keep trying and keep going! ❤
I just make it .. wonderful thank you 🙏 ❤ i am in love with it 🎉
That’s adorable! Thanks for the tutorial 💜☕️
