Indeed NCERT is very important for building your base but believe me these questions can be answered correctly by reading any good supplementary book. Fertility rate, money bill, article 109 and all these questions can be answered by supplementary books. I haven't read NCERT but still made 89 questions correct Including all those that were asked from NCERT.
