Last year otr mai registration karty waqt mai ne apna changed toh likh diya changed name waly column mai but father's name waly column mai b father ka changed name likh diya na ki 10th ky according. Ap mujy btaien ki iss se, koi problem toh nhi ayii gi mujy. Mary pass proof b ha jaisy id aur central Gazzete notification.

Aur non creamy layer ka certificate 3 saal tk valid hota hai aisa certificate pe bhi likha hai bold writing me. Mera non creamy layer certificate expire nhi hua hai to mai as per notification ki di hui date 1/4/23 to 5/3/24 k bich ka non creamy layer certificate nahi banva sakti to kya ye form me chalega 11/02/2022 wala.Isme DDO ke sign hai. Aur ek galti bhi hui h form bharne time maine galti se non creamy layer me nhi aati aise tick kr dia hai jabke mai non creamy layer me ati hu. To iska solution bataye.

Any, just that background should be a white paper. When scanned, make sure it is clear.

@@nishanttanwar1102 Yes u can.. But ur new OBC NCL CERTIFICATE must be issued before closing date of form submission (i.e 5March 2024).So make sure ki New wala NCL 5March takk bann jaye.. Go to ur BLOCK directly for it.
