2021 ம் ஆண்டு நடைபெற்ற குடிமைப்பணி தேர்வில் அகில இந்திய அளவில் 46 வது இடத்தையும் மாநில அளவில் இரண்டாம் இடத்தையும் பிடித்து சாதனை படைத்தவர் ரம்யா அவர்கள். இந்த வெற்றியை தனது 6 வது முயற்சியில் பெற்றாலும் ப்ரீலிமினரி தேர்வு , மெயின் தேர்வு மற்றும் நேர்முகத்தேர்வை இந்த முறைதான் எழுதி ஒரே முயற்சியில் , வெற்றியும் கண்டுள்ளார் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
கோவை மாவட்டத்தை சேர்ந்தவர் சேர்ந்த ரம்யா அவர்கள் தனது பள்ளி படிப்பை பத்தாம் வகுப்பு வரை கோவையிலுள்ள ராம்நகர் மெட்ரிகுலேஷன் மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளியிலும் , தனது பொறியியல் டிப்ளமோ படிப்பை PSG தொழில் நுட்பக்கல்லூரியிலும் , பொறியியல் பட்டப்படிப்பை கோயம்புத்தூர் இன்ஸ்டிடியூட் ஆப் டெக்னாலஜியிலும் படித்து முடித்துள்ளார். பின்னர் இந்திரா காந்தி திறந்த நிலை பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் மனித வள மேலாண்மையில் MBA பட்டம் பெற்றுள்ளார்
படித்து முடித்த பின்னர் பெங்களூருவில் 2013 முதல் 2017 வரை டெக்ட்ரானிக்ஸ் இந்தியா பிரைவேட் லிமிடெட், என்ற தனியார் நிறுவனத்திலும், பின்னர் அமேசான் நிறுவனத்தில் கோவையில் 2018-2019 லும் பணி புரிந்துள்ளார்
குடிமைப்பணி தேர்வில் தான் வெற்றி பெற்ற அனுபவத்தையும் இளைஞர்கள் வெற்றியை எவ்வாறு அடைய முடியும் என்ற சூட்சுமத்தையும் நமக்கு இங்கு சொல்லியுள்ளார்

Ms.Ramya C S Cleared UPSC Civil Services Examination 2021 with AIR 46th Rank and secured second rank in Tamilnadu. She has cleared the examination on her last and 6th attempt - having cleared prelims & mains stage for the first time.
She has done her schooling from Ramnagar Suburban Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Ramnagar, Coimbatore from 1995 to 2007 (LKG to 10. She was the School 2nd topper during 10th examinations, Proficiency award winner during multiple years, performed solo dances during annual day celebrations.
She has done her Polytechnic College at PSG , Coimbatore specializing in Electronics & Communication Engineering. She has been the Best All Rounder of the batch and Gold Medalist of the department.
Done her Graduation in Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore from 2010 to 2013 specializing in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. She was the the Best Outgoing Student of the batch. Further, she did her Post-graduation from IGNOU, Delhi in MBA Human Resource Management.
She also worked in two private companies viz Tektronix India Private Limited, Bengaluru as Technical Support and then Accounts Manager and Amazon Development Private Limited, Coimbatore as Customer Executive.
