Hn discipline hone ke liye you to increase your daily study hours slowly Aise bilkul nahi hoga ki aap 10 12 hrs directly padhane lag jao yadi aap 1hrs Beth sakte ho continue toh aap isi ko 6 part me divide karke 6hrs study karo aur every week increase 1 hr in daily routine in 1 month you will see you are studying for 10hrs aise hi aapki consistency bhi badhegi aur focus bhi try it if it's work for you inform me later
