Sir ek suggestion h ya idea keh lo Actually now I'm noticing ki yrr upsc only knowledge ka nhi h bss even also vo humra mental state bhi pta lga leta h during exam so i feel that yrr mehnt toh sbhi kr re h jee tod mehnt kr re h but fr bhi result ni aa pata humra sometimes so isliye naa hum ek grp bnaiye obviously grp mtlb kya are discussion grp nhi yrr think all do we really need discussion grp no not at all even distraction hi hoga usse Mere kehne ka mtlb during our preparation we always alone and overthink krte h frustration hoti h depressed feel hota h family friends koi nii hota jinse hum apna mn halka kr ske aur yhi chij itna mehnt k bd bhi exam m reflect hoti h yrr even kuch toh out of emotion me chle jaate h obviously hoga yrr kyuki hum vo sb apne andr dba ke rakhe h itne saalo mahino se so i just want only this ki ek upsc peers grp baniye aur usko motivate sirf sirf humra mental health shi reh bss koi judgement nii grp me koi discrimination nhi koi faltu ki outside bakwas ni aur jo krega usko toh block bhi kr denge but mostly we're preparing for upsc yrr so itne smjhdar ho gye h naa yrr aur sbhi ek stage se gurj reh h .... Msg bda ho gya vse toh but mrko ye imp lgega ap sbhi ap apne bta skte h agr join hona ho toh sb brother sister ya friend ki trh hi reh bss bcoz usse jaayda humri pdhai ko bhi effect krega , mental health thoda sa bhi shi rehga toh yrr bht bht acha perform kr skte h yrr News pdha tha ek upsc result k bd ek ldki n suicide krliya so feeling bad yrr jb sath ho k bhi apko koi smjhee niii but it's okay ise problem ka solution shyd mrko lga Ap bta dena kon kon agree h baaki grp distraction purpose se nhi bnaya jaayega aur ho bhi gya toh turant solve krne ki koshish krenge ...only for ki mental state theek reh bss effort toh chota lgra h vse but ho skta h useful ho 🥲

2024 was my 5th attempt I can't give my 6th attempt as a General candidate... As I was born before August... I feel I ruined my life... As I did nothing without studying no contacts no social media nothing.... Now everything is stopped.... My other option was WBCS ( But uska halat to NEET se bhi khrab hai)
