Ishita Kishore, a graduate of Delhi University and the child of an Air Force officer, got first rank in the 2022 UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE). The 26-year young lady passed the renowned test on her third try. She failed her preliminary exam on her first two tries.
There are currently 933 qualifying candidates for the 2022 civil services examination, including 613 men and 320 women. There are 14 women among the top 25 applicants.
