Regular dusting with compressed air , steaming straight hair and combing and re working curls - if it’s really dusty, it can be rinsed just with cold water but if it’s curly, then those curls may get lost in the water and if the wig is really really old and dusty, then it could be washed gently with a tiny bit of fabric softener, and the split ends could be cut with very sharp scissors.
