you took so much time to upload it

how to upload more than 1mb file? some laravel file is morethan 1mb

I have watched some other videos on uploading laravel files to infinityfree and they work so maybe you could delete some unnecessary files

I had to do a zip, but it just stays stuck halfway through the upload.

Try the same way unless the file size is too big maybe

html file not uploaded give eror 404

Just upload as I am doing in the video. You do not need an FTP

Probably upload all types of files as long as they are zipped and within the upload size
