This tour of the elevators was already under construction in summer 2012 and now - being updated - finally appears in 2014. Nice houseing estate with a lot of outdoors passages to walk around.
This building arrangement has been built in the late 1970's together with a Tepper elevator and a lot of Bruno Haack elevators. The architecture consists a public square which has residential buildings on the left and the right. The square is elevated and below the square there is a supermarket. Below the supermarket there is a really deep underground car park. Various walkways connect to the public square and also within the blocks of flats. There is also a road below the square, crossing in a tunnel.
There are three innerdoorless freight elevators (one of them filmed instead of all three unfortunately), there are 3 public elevators. 3 elevators which are residential buildings-only and two elevators which are "mixed use": Public as well as residential elevators. The residential floors are locked off in these elevators. Further there are two derelict elevators with some of their shaft doors being blocked off by brick walls.
The square has three amazing outdoors escalators made by O&K. The single escalator close to the hill is derelict, the arrangement of two escalators worked in 2012, didn't work when I re-visited in 2014 and their fate is unknown. If they realize the modernisation programme, these escalators will be gone.

Sehr schöne Aufzugstour mit zahlreichen Informationen. Die beiden Aufzüge zwischen dem REWE und den Parkebenen wurden komplett billig erneuert. Neu ist auch der Anbau auf der oberen Ebene (E). Der Aufzug zu den geraden Parkebenen hält im Erdgeschoss vor dem ServiceCenter der VHS Bonn und der zweite Aufzug, der heute alle Parkebenen bedient hält im Erdgeschoss bei Tedi. Leider konnte ich nicht mit dem ersten Aufzug fahren, da dieser defekt ist. Die Rolltreppen sind ebenfalls Geschichte. Neu ist der KONE Aufzug, der zwischen der Straßenebene und dem Restaurant auf der Terrassenebene fährt.

Moin! Stimmt, ich war ja seit dem noch ein paar mal dort. Der Ort ist nun deutlich weniger öffentlich zugänglich als früher. Die beiden Wohnhaus-Aufzüge, welche auch öffentliche Etagen hatten sind nicht mehr öffentlich zugänglich und so weit ich weiß fährt auch der Tiefgaragen-Aufzug beim Markt nicht mehr hoch auf den Platz. Auch dass die Rolltreppen weg sind und an ähnlicher Stelle nun ein Kone Monspace fährt ist mir aufgefallen. Eine neue Tour habe ich dort aber nicht erstellt.

yes abandoning them is bad.
first lift looks good. it's also fast. original buttons on second lift are fantastic. bottom of the car park is vey dark. good to keep the motor on the third lift. fourth lift is fun by design. fifth lift is very interesting. good that the locks are labelled. touch sensitive buttons are nice though. 8 is unique with having lights outside the floor buttons. it also looks original. be nice to see what 9 and 10 were. elevator 11 is what we all want for transport. 12 is nice too.
Wieso ist ein einziger Lift von Tepper wenn alle anderen von Haack gebaut wurden? Ist da ein Grund erkennbar? Und wo führt der Mülltonnenaufzug in der ersten Etage hin?

gute Frage, ich weiß es nicht. Es gibt da so einiges Unbekanntes in den Korridoren der City Terrassen und darunter. Unten auf dem tiefsten Parkdeck versteckt sich etwas, was ich hier auf KZread nicht aussprechen will. Der, der weiß, was es ist, wird verstehen, warum. Der Mülltonnenaufzug fährt im 1. Stock in einen stinkenden Lagerraum voller weiterer Mülltonnen. Es gibt zwei Lagerräume, einer im Keller (im Aufzug übrigens als "TK1" bezeichnet, schon sonderbar) und einer im 1. Obergeschoss.

Uplifting PostTower - Elevation since 2008 Die Funktion gabs mal. Hat man aber wohl entfernt, vermutlich um die Leute mehr an das google+ zu binden um sich auszutauschen. Schreib mir einfach ne mail an schausteller@freenet.de
