For a larger box, to keep it from flexing additional bracing pieces can be glued & screwed on the top & bottom of the box. Just be sure to let the glue thoroughly dry before using it (so, if you know you will need to make a metal grill, perhaps you want to make the box first; and allow it to dry while you’re making the rest of the project). 🤔

Have you ever made a custom subwoofer enclosure, the reason I did not say subwoofer box is because I took out the 2 rear seats to my 87 IROC, I'm wanting to use 2-15" subwoofers in the location of the rear seats, so I have to use 3/4" MDF (for the frame), and fiberglass (for the subwoofer mount, front of subwoofer enclosure, top front of subwoofer enclosure, and bottom front of subwoofer enclosure), if you have any ideas it would be extremely helpful. Oh each subwoofer pushes out 10,000 watts so the enclosure has to be extremely strong to keep up with the power, but I will be using your grill ideas on all my speakers and even my subwoofers. Oh and also I wanted to know if you know how to sink the subwoofers so I can put dancing LED's around the the outer portion of the subwoofer.

I believe it's just diamond grating you can get it at hardware stores like Lowes or Home Depot it's very cheap. They have black grating in like Roofing Materials used for gutter drains too
