Upgraded version of the circular saw slide guide for tabletop

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

The bottom part where the circular saw blade hits and the vertical guide part can be replaced.
This is very effective when cutting using the line where the circular saw blade has passed, which deteriorates with use, as a guide.
It is also effective when using circular saw blades of different thicknesses.
The slide unit allows stable and precise cutting.
By replacing the interchangeable bottom plate with a high one, it can also be used for 45-degree cuts.

Cool! This is the only design that allows you to cut lengthwise at an angle (the other table top). All the others do not have this option. You're the best!

This is an awesome small parts cross cur jig. I only have a 16ft x 10ft shop space and though I have a small Dewalt dw745 tablesaw I also wanted a circular saw crosscut jig. Only I super-sized mine to be 7ft long. I wanted a full 8.5ft so I could breakdown sheet goods, but I couldn't find the supported linear rail I needed for my set up. But this 7.5 ft one works awesome. I barely us thetablesaw anymore with a radial arm saw set up with a dado stack, and the jig, they take care of all of my cutting needs. When not in use, it is hoisted up to just below the cross members in my shop. I love your creative mind!!

I would like to know where to get some glide blocks like that. The things you make are so simple, but I never could have made them without your videos.

In case you are wandering,,,,!? I have watched all of your videos and I just love your imagination and ingenuity. As a bonus your attention to detail and cleanliness is awesome. Please do not stop making these videos, However........if you ever wandered why you have such a low number in subscribers and especially "likes, my take on this is that most DIY guys usually work within extremely low budget out of necessity. Your use of high end gadgets will, in my opinion put them off. Case in point, this particular project would be well beyond the scope of an average person. Just the linear bearings , rods and T guides would be way too expensive to invest in, If you come up with alternate solutions that will not brake the bank, I believe your audience will grow exponentially, Now, saying all this, if you do not care than by all means disregard my comments and keep making these great videos that spark creativity, at least in me. Thanks, Alex

    MDFは劣化が早いので、治具に使うのはどうなんだろ。。。 使用環境が千差万別なんで、なんともいえませんが、 個人的には、前のバージョンのほうがシンプル&コンパクトで良かった気がする。
