no its a siding, whatever they call it in the game doesnt matter, it didn’t have a depot building and was a two track siding, it wasn’t a depot until not

I doubt it'll go to Rosedale Village, since Waterline has its own branch and it would probably go off near Rocket Parade or at least past LSR.

Starryloch is not that urban, and there are also tracks to Plat 3 and 4. There is also a shore
