Range is distance of travel

FPS is only a difference between +/-10 mtr. You can have 360 fps fully upgraded vs a 450 fps stock the shoot almost the same

The higher your FPS, the faster the BB gets to the target. The faster the BB gets to the target, the less time the target has to react to get into cover. In our opinion, this increases the effective range since the target's reaction time is reduced, giving you a slightly larger window of opportunity. Ex: at longer ranges, an enemy may hear your shot and duck into cover before the BB arrives on target - in this situation, even if the gun is dead on accurate, it is still outside the gun's effective range since the projectile does not get to the target fast enough

Hey there good sir! I have Kwa Ronin T6 and I want to improve it. So far I've swapped out stock spring to Maddog M150 and swapped barrel for Madbull 6.01mm, it helped but BBs are still slow travelling and at distance they go off in different direction. Could you please provide me with list of upgrade parts ? I would highly appreciate it!

Upgrade your hopup chamber and change the nub to a flat hop. As far as the bbs being slow traveling that's an FPS issue.

@@DanielBerthellemy ik this is 3 months late but in case you hadn't ordered one yet prowin is a great OG hopup unit. Same one as in the video. If you're looking for some fancier you could try a Maxx but imo start with prowin

A tire board may increase FPS, but it will not increase your accuracy at range at least. If you have a gun that You built for CQB by all means 6.01 and it because you're going to be shooting that far with it anyways a regular ED just put a 6.03 but first really trying to go out really very far 6.05 or higher. For HPA get a wide bore. You can also get that in an AEG but you're going to need a bore up system bore up system

Bro cylinder porting is a factor too

It sure is. I have a 290mm 6.02 and 370mm 6.02 barrel that are using maple leaf mrhop buckings. I have noticed my vm4 runs about 10 fps higher with the short barrel due to cylinder porting and bb drag. Remember each airsoft rifle is its own animal so find out what works best for your setup. Awesome content!
