If your keyboard doesn't work after the upgrade. Just go to settings> time and language> keyboard> add keyboard "download any keyboard" Then long press the default keyboard and remove it. Now it should work fine with downloaded one. If that doesn't work then try restarting the phone after following these steps Enjoy!

@@prosence392 bro i am afraid I don't have 1320. But as i mention in my video that you can choose a folder with your phones pixel. For your case its 720x1280 i guess. Follow steps shown in video but use folder named as 720x1280. It should work or at least worth trying. NOTE: I personally upgraded my lumia 1020 which worked for me so backup your files and "TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK". Enjoy !

Wow, great many thanks. While I have to mention there is something different when using Windows 11. With Windows your recommended iutool is failing due to some missing dll's. But I could just use the iutool 2015 which is already in the first download, which finally worked very well. So with Windows 11 no need to download another iutool seperately.

Yes, as you can see i have done that with my lumia 1020. Just use the same process as mentioned in the video. In the next video you will be able to fix the store. But note that your lumia camera app may be replaced with other one. If you are more worried about photography then I won't recommend it. Don't forget to subscribe 😉

Your phone contain 512MB ram. I highly doubt that it can handle win 10. but if you are trying make sure to follow every step shown in video. you must be using folder named as 480x800. if that does not work then try using 1) HUAWEI-W2 2) 43X-532 3) 63X just like this you can search which phone has same resolution as yours and try to use that folder. if that does not work then i am sorry maybe your phone can not handle win 10

I just figured out that the amazing Lumia Camera App is not available anymore after upgrade. While in the Store it's mentioned that it is not compatible with this device. Any suggestions of a good cemera app? The original from the Windows Phone does not unleash the full potential of the Lumia 1020 Camera. Is there a way to go back to the old Version of Windows Phone? @@AmanAli-qv3ul There might be many problems that can lead to this. First try to start with simplest solutions. First Confirm that your computer has necessary drivers. Generally it will install upon restarting your pc. You can try to connect your phone with different pc. Second, confirm that the usb cable that you are using is actually capable of transfer files. Try to transfer files with an Android device with same cable.

Here's what you do 1 Put your phone into mass storage mode and load the system registry hive Or use an in phone Registry editor 2 Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\bthserv 3 Change the Start Value from 3 or whatever it is to 2 4 Restart your phone and that should be all. couldn't tried yet; just found few minutes ago . . .

Finally Solved, Alhaamdulillah brother! just a Reset required to work fine in 1709; not only the bluetooth has been fixed now brother; but the OS itself also get more optimized while remains in 1709 and skype is also working now, brother! Personally I'm deciding to remove cortana to save background resource and as well as storage a little bit cause OS 10 itself (build version) is somehow too heavy for this lumia 1020 (let along updated one even!). Well, I don't think it would be an easy task to remove cortana from the OS by the way :/

For me neither otc nor this method is working for Lumia 830

Trying this for my 1520, but in command mode it says it can not proceed because MSVCR110.dll was not found. and reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

Ok, resolved!! I just needed to install all runtime files, then remove those mcvr/p110 dll files I coped in to the folder myself, basically going back to what the process already was in this video, and then it recognized the phone in CMD, and the updating started after -V -p and folder of phone model name. Excellent!!

For keyboard problem, please check the pinned comment it's not a big issue. I highly doubt that store works in any windows phone till this date. But i will check the issue don't worry. I will make another video shortly in which you will no longer needed store and can still install apps. Stay updated

Sure there is a way with which you can use Android apps in windows phone i just stoped after fixing my store. Because i already have an Android phone. If you haven't watched how to fix the store. You should watch my next video

my 930 cannot be updated via OTC can this this work for me though I dont have zip7

According to reports. The method worked on 920. Can't say anything about 930. Don't worry if u don't have 7zip. WinRAR will also do the job

That's strange. You should be able to see that. Uncheck hidden items box. Or download the file again.

@@siddhantsinghgautam5481 in case you don't have another pc. Download the file on your mobile phone. Open it with file manager that can extract zip files like "mi file manager" from Xiaomi. Extract into your phone and check if you can see the file in your phone. Then copy it to your pc

Don’t know if you ever got your answer, but I did this on my AT&T branded 1020 and got it working with no issues.

Probably! Can't say certainly because i don't have Lumia 920. Maybe it's worth to give it a shot if you have one. Don't forget to backup your files just in case. Enjoy !

ok so ignore that last entry.......in noticed that i did not rename the folder at the start but have now sorted that ,but still nothing happens when i type in the command...if i hit return it tells me i have a missing DLL file ...Help please

Try again 2 or 3 times. If that doesn't help then maybe it can't be upgraded like this

HOw can I update to the last windows 8.1? I have in my lumia 1020 8.10.12393.890 , but when copy the files to the phone, mostly at the end of the update gives me an error. That suppose to be that is not the last win 8.1 :(

the error is 801882cb and is not a problem with the network.

@@neitherpenalty I find out that you need a newer version of win8.1 but theres no New versión with the firmware downloaded. I'm stuck

@@diegomosquera21 I was able to fix it on my device yesterday. I did a hard reset of the phone using the windows device recovery tool, then I updated it to the latest build of 8.1 using the OTC updater.

I did exact same from the video but it says failed 0x802a0006 , and it stuck in 60% for update , any other solutions ?!! 🤕😑 I spends struggling to upgrade my lumia 1020 for hours but I just couldn't 🥴🤕

Really sorry for that. Mine was also the same 1020 if you can compare from video. But this exact same method worked for me. Your phone must be on latest 8.1 to continue upgrade to 10.

@@nodoubtwithsaad5209 I can't update my Lumia 925 to the latest version of windows phone 8.1. It says the update couldn't be downloaded (801882cb) I tried to update to lastest version via OTC updater. When ı tried it the update starting on the settings then phone restarts. After the phone restarts the os version stays the same even though it says the update is successful. I flashed original ffu it didn't work. I tried to reset it with windows device recovery tool. It's the same error. (801882cb) How can ı fix it? Why is it happening?
