There is a 4K version... I bought this specific one on eBay for $169 and the 4K version can be had for about $225

Great review. Really wish you touched the screen to go into settings or something so that we could actually see it - work. But thanks anyway.

Thanks for you review, very informative. I just bought one but Touchscreen not working. I am using my Samsung Galaxy S9+ which supports usb 3.1 that requires by uperfect portable screen. I tried using different usb-c cables also usb to usb-c and using AC power but still not working. Please advise if i am missing anything, thanks.

Seems unlikely. There is a monitor specifically for Macs to try and hack in touch support (as the OS has zero support natively).. but the name escapes me

Do you think it's good to work with illustration using a pen? Is it an accurate instrument?

How did you connect it to your Samsung? For my s22 ultra, it does not connect with just the Usbc , instead the screen acts like a touch pad, but with no image output from the phone

It's impressive it can be powered by the fold. I have a 2ng gen Asus zen screen and my fold 2 cannot turn it on.

Samsung S10 has DeX support, so yes - you can.

Is there a protective case for this? A magnetic case that can protect the screen.

As long as your smartphone supports HDMI ALT mode, you can definitely do wired screen mirroring no problem at all.

mine didn't work. I plugged in the power adapter too and it keeps getting error message "make sure power adapter is plugged in" and another error "no input signal". Mine only shows 2 usbc monitor icons, and 1usbc otg icon. I even unlocked my phone and still nothing. Frustrating.

I like this company but I would only buy them from Amazon if you buy them directly from the manufacturer sometimes it's a totally different product or they have different specs I believe that they make these in bulk and they make so many with this this board inside or that panel so it's crazy and I feel like they don't want to be a global Chinese company to just want to stick to their own thing. Cuz it's crazy when you buy it directly from the manufacturer and they give you a whole different contrast ratio then the one that you bought from Amazon it's quite sad.

Kind of conflicted with the price. On one hand, it seems good for a portable display. On the other hand, it cost the same as a gigabyte m27q. Completely different category of displays but you can get a lot for 300 bucks. Could also just get a cheap samsung tablet for like 100 bucks and just cast a laptop screen onto the tablet.

Yeah I bought an Asus screen sometimes ago and I regretted it a lot afterwards, should have bought a tablet. But theses screens can be useful for Samsung dex or connecting a switch / console
