Hey lovely💗 All hair types can use the protein treatment as it can greatly help reduce breakage, reduce shedding, and promote growth + thicker, stronger, healthier hair. I will say though, it is not recommended for relaxed hair, as too much protein especially for relaxed hair can cause the hair to seize, but in terms of natural hair, the treatment can work for all types so long as your hair is not sensitive to protein! Hi lovely💗 The Cédaje Naturals Deep Conditioning Anti-Breakage Protein Treatment serves as a deep conditioner and a pre poo! That treatment is done before I shampoo my hair and is left in for 2+ hours before rinsing out with a shampoo and conditioner of choice! So after using the Cédaje Naturals protein treatment, I shampoo, rinse, and condition my hair. I do not go back in with another deep conditioner because my hair from that regimen alone is always very soft, very hydrated, very easy to detangle, and my hair feels great so using a deep conditioner after is not necessary. If you try this regimen, and after protein treating, shampooing, and conditioning, you’d like to do another deep conditioner you can💗 I hope that this helps lovely! In terms of oiling our hair, we will definitely make an updated video about the many ways our hair growth oil can be used and how often it can be. On the channel, we use olive oil as our sealant for everythingggg and we use it on our scalp and for the length of our hair. So, in place where you may have heard us say olive oil in the past, we will be using our new growth oil. You can use the hair growth oil every single day, and at the very least 3 times a week for your scalp and at least once a week when you go to moisturize and detangle your hair. The oil is actually hydrating as well so you shouldn’t have any issues with It drying your hair out-all the oils in the mix are moisturizing oils. I hope this helps!
