Hi Simon! Jonas just shared 'Uncertain' with me, and I ADORE it! I feel a real kindredness with you! I hear now about your health issues too. It feels to me that if your condition is currently therapy-resistant, then this must be a karmic issue, if I may comment. So yes, acceptance... active acceptance... is the way. You are right. Acceptance comes also with release, I note... it's a package! So... from that point of view... you have to feel your way into what you must let go of, in order to be able to accept this experience. Your pain is your cross for sure... the suffering; the descent, but then the resurrection. These are awful, extreme, long-term symptoms... only given to those who can transform through them. So, never give up! You already know that, I know! In another way, these are symptoms of ascension... they are the necessary means of physical, etheric, astral & Self transformation within one lifetime. And of course they help to bring such heavenly music out of you... seeds of Divine love for others.

Hey Simon, it's great to get an update from you! I'm really happy to hear that you've made some progress and I hope you're doing much better and can get back to your normal life. I really pray for you when I come across your music in my playlists. You said you will never give up and I really think you should never give up. I know how important it is to keep your mental health strong in this kind of illness, believe me I know, so don't give up hope. Somewhere in the world there is someone who respects you and values your music. Take care of yourself.

Its similar, but MCS is its own thing :) What actually helped me quite a lot in the past is ANS Rewire, its specifically made for ME/CFS .. mayby its something you havend heard of yet? Lets get healthy :)
