I hate all the commercial monkey channels but this is different. You did a great job to help this poor little cute animal. My deepest respect.

Poor little fellow. As you can see by the date I am writing this, I have had nearly a year's time to figure out the situation with Koko (Yoko, too!!) and his human family. At first, I was skeptical about the family's motives for having these little monkeys, as I have heard that there are too many people in some of these Asian countries who purposely purchase little monkeys from poachers with the intent of exploiting them to make money. I've watched this family, though, and it's quite evident to me that they truly love these little monkeys and have nothing but good intentions to raise them and give them love and care. It certainly doesn't appear that they are out to profit from the possession of these animals, as much as it does that they have spent money on making sure these monkeys are well treated and cared for. I'd like to let this family know how much I've enjoyed their videos and appreciate their sharing with us their lives and the lives of these little monkeys.

@@kathleenpayne8320 From what I've read online, there aren't any actual veterinarians in these poor Southeast Asian countries. Hard to believe, given that agriculture is a big part of their economies. So it seems that the governments certify non-professionals to administer vaccines and tend to other animal health needs. I guess the employees of pet food shops render these services. That's shocking to us in the West who take the availability of highly competent veterinary care for granted. So she was probably getting Koko the only care she could find.

@@user-qr5gg2vl5m А это к тому, что люди реагируют именно на такие жалобные видосы или наоборот жестокие, и главное заставку влепить душераздирающую и тогда число просмотров, а уж тем более комментов гарантировано тысячами. Я заметила такую тенденцию и нравится же людям смотреть на это. Я когда увидела эту подпольную операцию, где антисанитария, короче проходной двор, поняла, почему они сразу макашонка не потащили в ветеринарку( может у них их и нет). Дождались гангрены, выкладывая видео и все жалели макаша, комментариев помойка, а страдал макаш бедный. Если бы раньше обратились, может и ступню спасли бы. А здесь бесплатный мясник нашёлся. Хорошо, что все хорошо закончилось . Может у них быт такой, а мы не понимаем, может ветклиника это очень дорого для них? В любом случае, обезьяне в какой то мере повезло. Она большая и не такая симпатичная уже(.

Es verdad...los animalitos deben ser amados...porq los arrebatan de sus madres siendo recien nacidos, los visten y les ponen pañal.. los usan como juguetes!! Los alimentan mal porq les dan comida cacera muchas veces. Yo no creo q eso sea respetar y amar estos seres....hacen dinero con estos videos!! Es muy ingrato..observa.. A mi me dá tanta tristeza...porq no van ha crecer como lo q son!!!😭 Dios te bendiga...y un saludo hasta Argentina

Oh how I hope and pray that his leg doesn't get infected! He's absolutely the sweetest most prescious animal. I love the way he holds on to mom with his little foot . He has the sweetest personality and the prettiest hair color. Those eyes! Please take care of this baby.. He loves you and feels safe. How could anyone be cruel to this little guy. I just pray that she takes good care of that leg!! I wish I could come get this baby!!

Caring for it? They let it get Like that in the first place... bad enough they kill it’s mother to pry it off her dead hands just to have a monkey to profit off of in stupid KZread vids. The abuse that damn monkey all the time. Omg. God alone knows the true nature Of the suffering endured & only the lord can hand down judgment obey anything any one of Us living beings does , in our free will given unto us in our lifetime, but I will say it’s very heartbreaking for any defenseless non domesticated animals to be subjected to such a life of unnecessary pain and suffering and if those people truly do care and try to take care properly of any of these dang monkeys they keep plastering on KZread, perhaps they are just so lacking in intelligence and wisdom and Any remote decency , but just seems very disheartening and wrong , the things they put those dang monkeys through for their own attention and profit ... it’a selfish & cruel .. no monkey belongs among humans at all ... not to mention , it’s not good for people or monkeys .. monkeys are opportunistic and only become too dependent on handouts and become way overgrown in population, spreading nasty diseases, being aggressive and unpredictable and dangerous and having No healthy fear of humans that’s actually needed , they grow too comfortable and subject themselves to increasing risks of being grabbed up and abused , tortured, eaten , beaten , sold off to research facility , pet trade etc etc ... best thing for both people and monkeys - stay the crap away from one a other entirely ... sad that those dependent babies have to be the center of abuse and pain , having no existence but a miserable one , then they develop Stockholm syndrome , clinging to the very captor and abuser and all they want is to feel secure and be fed and depend in those evil corrupt ppl , then they reach sexual maturity and turn into the monkey they are only ever going to be and become too aggressive and people kill them or kick them to the curb , for them to be beaten and killed or suffer till they die. Those people don’t care about the dang monkey. It sleeps in a cage in some nasty dirty diaper , screaming it’s monkey head off til time for KZread video .. sad.

Aggiungo che noi europei o del nord del Mondo siamo fortunati ad avere strutture veterinarie ospedaliere e sanificate. Questo non c'è nei Paesi in via di sviluppo. Non possiamo giudicare e criticare chi fa il possibile per vivere e fare sopravvivere. Mom ed il vet hanno fatto tutto il possibile per Koko. Spero che Dio li aiuti sempre 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I wish more people realized monkeys and animals in general actually speak by being, acting, and mannerisms. But she does a good job comforting him.

Nice Koko is awake can drink milk and not crying out in pain. Good job. Just make sure his bandage does not get touched unnessarily.

He's a nice little guy

Should have amputated the leg pass the thigh because it was gangrene. Need to be near variable tissue in order to heal. Hope he doesn't need to have more cut off. I hope they put him on antibiotics too or he will get an infection.

His right leg is effectively dead from the knee down. He won’t miss it & may even make it easier to move around. He has to drag that leg as it is.

@Poppaa Percc it would be easier as in with less pain and easier to navigate with out dragging dead tissue around. Also if the leg is not properly removed and soon the necrosis will keep traveling further and further up the leg and poisoning his whole body once it reaches the bloodstream.

@@venetabritt2771 I see so many people complain about keeping him when nature would have left him to die a slow painful death. So-called animal fanatics don't know that nature isn not kind. "Mother" nature is very abusive.

Keep an eye on the wound and watch his temperature. If it gets to high take him back to a veterinary.
