Great!!! Thanks. This way we can take the max out of the actuators and be sure that we are still using them between the safe range. Thanks for this new feature.

@thanos I just received my E-Racing Ultimate kit and am in the process of setting up. Just upgraded to this fix 7 (it came with fix 6) firmware but have a question as I watch your videos on EMI and how to reduce it. I"m in the US, and the power supply health is 'good' in my house, but would you keep the Thanos Controller separate from the Servo Drivers inside a Network Cabinet, or would you recommend keeping it in the Cabinet w/ the Servos. Wasn't sure if any interference occurred depending on placement.

I think should be fine with the since the Thanos controller from eRacing Lab comes in a metal enclosure, and should be fine as long as you keep a few inches away from power cables. I you notice any issues, you can always hook it up from the outside (some ghost hunting, but easy if you watched my other videos).

Hi Thanos, Im in United States and I have 110v servo motors and 110v 30amp white servo controllers for my 5 dof im about to build. Is your motion controller compatible? By the way, do you think 15amp breaker in my house enough for my 110v 30amp white servo controller? Thanks

It depends on the size of the motors and the loads on your platform. Most racing rigs use AASD-15A drives (white) with 80ST-M02430 servomotors, on 5mm/rev pitch leadscrew, 150mm stroke actuators. This can run easily on 110v/ 15A circuit. Usually draw around 2A-3A while on normal lifting action, with peaks of 9A if the rig is loaded with onboard screens etc. I don't see it will be a problem. If your breaker trips, then you might want to have an electrician to install a larger circuit if your servomotors are oversized beyond the usual.

Hi, @thanos I'm wondering why I'm get jittering when my fps drop just tiny bit using MSFS with SRS and e racing rig ? why the motion data connected to FPS, is there a way to minimize or eliminate the issue ? Thanks

SRS need to fix their code, it's unacceptable to not have any post processing of the MSFS motion data, to even add a basic moving average filter.. Anyway, perhaps you can use the hardware based one the Thanos controller has, by setting the "Pulse Filter" to value 2 or 3. It should smooth a bit more things.

@@tronicgr thanks. Should I play with escape and fine settings ? Will that help ? Thanks 🙏

@@evanphotography5149 better not. Should not rely on the spike filter anyways. It's there as last resort if the game or the motion software glitches. I'd suggest trying Simhub as it has super smooth motion, but they don't support flight sim titles (yet)...

@@tronicgr I would for sure get Simhub once they support flight sim title, hopefully they do! Thanks again.

E racing lab better than PT actuator?

To be honest, based on just the sample I received and I really like (and is the reason I keep using it for my videos), I would totally recommend eRacing Lab based on price alone... I mean see for yourself, they are basically the same! kzread.info/dash/bejne/qoaEmZmkYJCqlrQ.htmlsi=ZgIZP4iuUVntey6j
