Hello Sistah; How are you?... One of the reasons why so many people are suspicious of these schemes and so many others on the continent, is that people do not readily see value for their money. For instance; why does a simple contact number exchange require a $50 cashapp deposit. Please explain. Why not have your clients call, and then explain the benefits of your offer, then inform them that it requires a deposit for the particular benefit? Just a thought.

There should be no fee for a consult. Only after if someone retains your service. A retainers fee. If one looked at you tube the information is free on how to leasehold land in Ghana. Nobody owns land in Ghana except kings, chiefs and government. All others leasehold.
