I know the postpartum energy! My fourth baby is now 3 1/2 months and I’m just starting to have more time than in the newborn days. I always feel so good since I’m NOT pregnant anymore, but then I don’t have the time to do everything I want to do! So if you feel overwhelmed, don’t forget that it’s just a season and won’t last forever. 😊

I wish I had thought about using a baby wrap when I had my little ones. It's great to bond with that baby 👶💕

You and little Jacob are making me so excited! I’m due in 10 weeks and love those first 2 weeks. Rest and baby snuggles. Tilapia and rice sounds delicious as well 😋

I'm glad you're taking rest. It is so important to rest after delivery. A lot of women don't realize the damage they are doing to their bodies by going to the store the day of delivery or during that week, yes we're probably feeling so good that we want to go out and feel normal again. Rest is key in preventing future discomfort when we get older. I feel really bad for all those single moms who have no one to help them hope you feel better soon.
