Naiyak din ako nung nakita ko na lubog sa baha yung mga palay sa Quezon. Yung ani namin, konti lang ang bigas kasi daw pala pag tag ulan, walang laman ang ipa! Mga bagay ito na Di ko malalaman kung hindi kami nagka tanim. Salute to farmers! They work so hard so that we have food on our tables.

Ms Zha zha, using the armor and pestle for making your Quezon version of nilupak is exactly the way we make our “ linubyan( lubi- lubi)” in Isabela( Cagayan Valley)... we pound our linubyan with a mixture of boiled saba, cassava, Glutinous rice, grated coconut, brown sugar with a dash of salt... our favorite get together activity on a moonlit night. You love a laidback life... so precious🤗👏👏👏❤️🌹☕️and priceless
