Ok so your doing this wrong. First your not mixing then right. You need to add the 3 part nutrients last to stabilize your ph. Two stir the water every time u add another nute good luck

I have always done it once a week, However bigger systems push it to two or three weeks, mostly due to cost of the nutrients,it is cheaper to just keep topping up your nutrients but that can lead to an unbalanced nutrient mixture because your plants feed differently as they grow. so long story short if you can afford it than change it every week
