I just found your channel and subscribed 🙂 we just got our auto coop door 🤞🤞

Bought one since we went on vacation for a week. 3 days into our trip, my daughter said it’s not opening. I’m hoping it’s just a battery solar issue. Fast forward till I get home. Door seems to close with sunset faster than my chickens like to head off to bed. So, many have been caught locked out. Last 2 days, door not opening at sunrise. 2 weeks I’ve had this. Came here to find instructions to set on timer. I didn’t buy because of this video.

This door is sold under many different companies. Can't find any customer service. Our door stopped working after about 3 months. I really need to see the remote/control panel directions to try to re program. Could you please post a picture of the page on your video comments please. Really appreciate you. Thank you

I bought 2 doors - One worked for 5 months then stopped working. 2nd door is stuck in LOCK mode and will not open or close. No customer service or support for this product. Going to try another brand to see if they last longer.

Ours lasted 2 months, no customer support. Garbage.

We've had one for 4 months and it quit working, no customer service support. If you have a phone # I'd appreciate it

buy another, take yours apart just 1 side and add a door slat, will work great

Mildly confused as to why the title says don't recommend yet it gets a decent review in the video. I have one and the jury is still out for me. It seems to have reset the program so I brought the solar panel in to charge it with a charger since its been incredibly overcast recently. If this fixes the issue I'll be happy with that.

So sorry. When I made the video I did recommend, but after six months of use, I no longer recommend.

I believe the brand name is Hamuti.
