LEGALS. Everything you said is correct. Here you’re talking to the “monkey not the organ grinder”. The Job centre have obviously done nothing at all. States of alert are meaningless in Law. All that matters is the Law, and the threats of assault which were heard. First legal question - does he /they admit the assailant was him? [yes I believe] Next, does he admit those words spoken were his. [I believe yes]. The best place for him to prove his defence is in court, not some monkey saying “it doesn’t meet a threshold”. Let him prove you pushed him first. But that’s all irrelevant, as yes, common assault is the words he used. As an absolute minimum it’s a s5 public order (we all know the wording by now). Yes, the words are enough - the Police are clearly siding with the Government corporation. Next step threaten the inspector with IOPC unless CA and s5 are actioned - then do it if no action. But they will simply hand it back to them for investigation! It’s all a sham. Personally, I smell corruption here. They don’t like being recorded, so don’t like you, so won’t help you. This is an offence under the Police Reform Act. Consider the common assault in the park during Covid on the scientist. It was successfully pursued because there was a political will. Simple as that. Finally on the LEGALS, if they arrests and charged him with that offence it probably will not go to court anyway, the guy will admit guilt. Remember, this is a monkey, just like a car salesman going back and forth to his manager on a car sales deal. It’s a trick. A technique. Don’t fall for it. “Self defence” being stated by him actually means in law he’s already admitting it !! So charge him and let him present his case to a magistrate. He will of course lose… Don not fall for the weak management monkey trick. Do not let the Plod get away with this offence under the PRA 2002. Report that offence by the inspector to her Chief Constable and demand it’s followed up by a superintendent within 14 days. Cc your MP. Cc Priti Patel. Cc IOPC Cc your Police and crime commissioner, cc your local paper Cc The Daily Mail. Make the inspector worried about how big this is going to be. It requires a will. With the media behind you, (they’ll link the video on their website), the Force Management will wet themselves. It’s what they hate the most. Good luck.

even if the police were going to charge him, it does not follow that arrest will happen ! an arrest can only happen for the necessary reasons stated in PACE! so if there is no necessary reason to arrest the police can either , issue a summons or get an arrest warrant just because a person states its self defence doesnt automactic mean he will be charged / indicted as it should be ! it will depend on the evidence . case in point few years back a victum shot dead a burgler attempting to smash his way into his caravan . He shot through the door killing the felon. he wasnt indicted for the homicide (although since he didnt have a shotgun certificate he was charged on information for having a shotgun without a certificate) common assault without injury - yes and no, its the common law to wit , Tuberville v Savage [1669] EWHC KB J25 Facts A man placed his hand on his sword and told another, “If it were not assize-time, I would not take such language.” The justices of assize were in town. Issues The question was as to whether laying a hand on a sword and stating “If it were not assize-time, I would not take such language,” constituted an unlawful assault by placing another in apprehension of immediate violence. Decision/Outcome The Court held that an assault requires both (1) the intention and (2) the act of assault. Even an act of, for example, striking a man, without an intention to assault, does not constitute an assault. Accordingly, the Court held that the facts did not give rise as the man merely stipulated that he would have the intention to assault if it were not assize-time. It was, indeed, assize-time and the man’s declaration expressly stipulated that he would not and did not intend tocommit an assault. Thus, there could have been no assault as there were no intention nor act of assault, nor imminent threat thereof. however, this is clearly crime of Affray - why didnt even the officer consider it ! also affray unlike common assault can be charged as indictable offence. All either way offences / indictable offences also must passed to a dristict crown proscutor for considering wheather to file charges . Summary only offences the police can charge without sendind to the DCP

The law is just but it is the people charged with upholding law and administering law that is the problem. From what I can see they make it up as they go along. The judiciary, mostly at magistrate level is totally inept and unlawful and even at crown court level you get judges working on their feelings. Never forget the hundreds of thousands that fought for our common law and lets not mix the law up with legal!

The police can't see enough footage to prove it wasn't self defence. It wasn't in all likelihood. But you can't charge people on likelihood. At the end of the day, this guy was in just annoying people doing their job. Trying to make a fool of people and post it all over social media. He was in for a good hour doing it. Right or wrong, that's likely gonna get aggressive reactions sometimes. Especially when the guy comes out his work and he's still there. It's looking for trouble. Some auditors are good. Like reggie or D.J. they film a bit, get in conversation then end it with friendly conversation and leave. Pissing people off for an hour, getting a crack for it, then trying to cost them their job.. is just c*nty. We all know some of these people wouldn't say a word to these workers without the protection of a camera and people's fear of losing their job. I'm glad he got away with this one.

He is a smarmy pr1ck of a boy. Belittling people, talking down his nose and looking to get people fired. For what? Clout or compensation to pay for his courses and college... this generation has gotten to confident at hiding behind a phone or a screen for protection. He deserved it. If you aren't willing to say something without using the threat of getting them fired as protection... don't say it. Now... I've got 7 charges to my name. I'm guilty of ONE. I can't go to the states, there's alot of Jobs I couldn't do now. But I'm not going in to job centres and Belittling people, or talking down to the police for clout. So please... leave out the "hope you don't get mistreated from powers that be" BS

This is blatant cover up, they do not want this backfiring on their local council as they work together every single day. I would take this to a news outlet and have it blasted everywhere. Send the videos to other auditing channels including the American ones like San Joaqin etc.. Make sure you send all the videos along with context, timestamps etc.. There has been a lot of controversy on Job Centres and how they are run. You could also stick up a funding page if you want to take this to court. Leave a honest review on their google page and other platforms. The fact this was dismissed with substantial evidence is outright unbelievable. (You were followed, harassed and assaulted by a civil worker after leaving the premises entirely. The following alone is very serious if you can prove the intent.) What time did he finish work on that day? What time was his lunch? What was his reason for remaining around the area at that time? Was he 'going to the shop' while on the clock? What did he obtain from the shop? Go to that shop with a picture of the suspect and ask if he purchased anything from them on that day. These police officers put 1% effort into investigating incidents like this, they have not obtained all evidence. There's no doubt there are also cameras around the area that captured the incident. (You can LEGALLY request ANY CCTV footage if you're captured on it, this includes the Job Centre footage inside and out) Don't trust his word on the no cameras bsh!t, more and more cameras are being installed every single day in the UK. Go walk around the same area and take note/photos of the CCTV cameras and where they are located. You only have so long before you won't be able to obtain this footage, so this should be #1 PRIORITY. Look out for cameras/doorbells on houses too. Not to mention it also sounds like the suspect has been lying in a formal police statement. Don't forget your right to protest either, just don't put any slanderous comments on any signs. You can attract a lot of attention through the ways of protesting outside the Jobcentre, police station, local council. There is an upcoming election in May so doing this outside the council would be the most beneficial. Put some details into your description so new people reaching this video can understand the context. Create a new edited video that shows all the important parts with timestamps, link the original unedited videos in the description. LIST AS MUCH INFORMATION AS YOU LEGALLY CAN ON ALL PEOPLE INVOLVED! INCLUDING THE PERSON INCHARGE THAT DISMISSED THE CASE.

If the police and the CPS choose not to take it further then you can talk until you are blue in the face but you will never get them to change their mind and I also believe that because of the nature of your videoing is the reason behind their decision not to take it further. Police retaliation by not taking action.

@@eddiecochran1938if u tell me "what im saying" at least get it right Ed & if i didnt allow opinions i'd have blocked u by now. I drop out stupid timewaste & at times illegal opinions from ALL sides. If someone writes "kill police" , they're blocked. If police come here & make death threats to me(as has happened) they're blocked & these people should be identified asap to ensure all our safety. I will only support auditors staying within the law & have noticed how auditing helps to lower crime. If someone with little prospects is engaged in the constructive purpose of building a channel & earning from it , it's better than what they may otherwise be doing. U hate anyone else earning money dont u. But the earnings are 'supply & demand' & an option for anyone to do. It might annoy u, but its not UNLAWFUL. Like a footballer earning £50k a week, it only happens cos its what people wanna see. With auditing, its more than just entertainment as there is also a purpose of exercising rights as like muscles, if they're not exercised they'll fade/disappear. People SHOULD know their rights, don't u think? So there's also the purpose of informing people & I , PTTP & many others have learnt a lot about that from auditing. i spoke to PTTP about swearing, that i didnt like it & its not a good idea but he is very well versed in the laws & can quote the Sections better than u, me & most officers. The point i think he's making is that its not UNLAWFUL for him to do so when its not in public earshot but i still advise him against it. What IS definitely unlawful is to start laying hands on someone for trespassing. It wasn't aggravated & there was no need for the sergeant need to do that. If PTTP was doing ANYTHING unlawful they'd have nicked him in a shot & as they were hanging around doing nothing on those stairs, they didnt even need to approach at all, couldve just kept an eye. I happen to know the police were deeply embarrassed about what happened but as for u, if u dont like it , dont watch it. I don't. Otherwise , you're just here to stalk & harass cos u dont like lawful activities which would make u a criminal , not saying u are now but i dont want to help make u so. I KNOW pttp isn't money orientated cos i've watched him from near his start point & he's identified psychotic individuals that we need to know about. irony is, If people didnt do what this sergeant did to him, he wouldnt have started or be doing it now - how stupid is that? The fact he's now got 20k followers is a stat that speaks for itself altho u will probably call them stupid, fake or ANYTHING that could even loosely support your invalid misinformed & i suspect corrupt, personal opinions . i cant say ur motive but it's overwhelmingly likely to be for your own benefit - or is there some charitable aspect to why u so strongly oppose pttp's LEGAL actions?

An abysmal display of justice. What do they want ? A body ? I’m astonished. And the chav who was given“ educational courses “ he needs psychiatric assistance and his position removed from “ Public service”.

So I can follow someone, threaten them, assault them and even with camera evidence all I have to do is claim self defence and I get a free pass from the police? Gotcha.

Good luck man, clear to any jury (unlikely) or magistrates you were under attack. can't believe you didn't take the "let's go for walk and I'll show you the cake" as a threat, his demeanour & attitude speaks louder than the specific words.

Exactly. Even the way he said "you're a long way from home" after noticing PTTP had a train ticket in his pocket was threatening. So many indicators in the video evidence as to who was the most likely aggressor of the later situation.

Disgusting. It was very obviously an attack. A premeditated one at that. How the hell can they justify no action. He's saying you hit him 1st but even the audio disproves that. At the least he needs sacking because no way should he do that on or off duty. There was a definate link to the jc plus the threat was a threat to life. He also if I remember told you he was gona do something earlier. I bet you any money that if it was the other way around you would have been arrested and charged with something they could find

It really wasn't 'very obviously'. A lot of muffled scuffling and black screens is not evidence. Correct outcome.

On or off duty, that Facilities Manager is entitled to use reasonable force to defend himself against antagonistic auditors who may have assaulted him first. You are just taking the auditor's word for it, together with potentially selective editing and a lot of muffle and scuffle. Nowhere near the bar for a successful prosecution. Who on earth are you to try to destroy the life and family of the manager?
