Would a i7 9700, 16gb ram and 1660ti run at high settings?

No problem at all! I have a i7 4790 non k with a gtx 1660 ti. While my cpu is older. Btw thank you for watching 😃

Yup. Because I play it with 1440p everything on “high graphics”, because there is no “ultra”, except shadows, that I have set to only “high”. Because this game is still not well optimised. I get around 25 to 60fps depending on where I am on the map. You can see this in the video. I hope I have given you enough information 😊
