One UI 6.1 made me S23 Ultra fly so fast like nothing I've seen. A month later they put out a patch and it slowed. My battery also has been draining quickly since the patch update. Wonder why they stepped backward?

Hi Jeff, do you know if they will fix the Bluetooth issues? I'm having my sony xm5 cutout on me when I'm outside. Not fault with earbuds but I think the phone. Tested with iphone 15 pro Max and it works fine only with my s24 ultra xsa model Australia

Still waiting for better camera transition effects, be able to change cameras 4k 60fps and waiting for 4k 120fps on s23 ultra

Hi Jeff. Do you know why voice input (microphone) was removed from the keyboard? And when are they bringing it back??

It is curious that I did not experience any battery drain issues before, but after the recent update, the battery life of my phone seems to have diminished. I am quite perplexed by this situation.

Hopefully they finally add the mobile hotspot button so it is available in the quick notification panel. Or is it there already and I just can't find it?

The 100 x zoom too is nowhere near as clear as theb23 ultra ,it's way over processed . I've had no trouble with blutooth or battery life , and my Bluetooth is always on connected to the watch 6 classic and in the car . No grain issues either .

S23 ultra is better ultra zoom ... Big loss s24 ultra ... unwise decision reduced quality will reduce customers if they don't upgrade asap ... no one will buy future new Samsung

@bvmheart bro u got 5x 6x 7x 8x 9x 10x and they all look better than s23ultra , but u want 30x and 100x wich was always not clear enough looking because of stabilisation.. and for whatever else reason the 30x zoom isn't looking as crispy as the 5x shots on s24u or the wide shots of any phone , even if u compare with the 30x of vivo wich Is zoom king.. 30x still looks not as good , so I think perfecting the amount of zoom that can be perfected is a better decision than giving half baked zoom above 10x.

Do you think keeping the battery protection setting on max, only allowing it to charge up to 80%, is actually beneficial?

I regret upgrading from s22 ultra to s24 ultra... the camera there was perfect (both back and front).. this one has lot of issues... the 200mp and 50mp are over processed losing lot of detail when it should be the opposite especiallyat 5x ... I end up using the 12mp which makes the marketed 200mp useless... front camera also very unpleasant low light performance ... wish I waited for next generation

Any information on how my screen lost light or what ever it's called it's not as bright when outside s24ultra... also my camera is looking alot less clear in zoom.... was this from a update??

And what about the oversharpness will decrease or not Because i do not use the native camera app because off the ugly oversharpness any improvements?

I would like to see it with a little more camera protection and as u said maybe magsafe added to the back of it as well

Hey guys! I'm just curious about the camera rattle! I know it's something normal for an Ois to have a little rattle, until you use the camera, but if you start a video and shake the phone, you can later hear the rattle in the video..... And that I don't think it's pretty good/normal! Thanks!

Jeff I don't see that grainy look when I got the update for vivid mode it looks fantastic I see no problem and also take care of that cold u sound somewhat stuffy take care can't wait for the update 👍👍👍😎

Never heard any issues with Bluetooth with anything especially android auto wireless

Mine has a slow charing issue. Zero to full charging takes around 75 minutes, which is around 20 minutes more than earlier. Also, Zoom, after 10 times, is the worst. Even s22 ultra Zoom is better.

I need some improvements on the camera as I use this phone for how I pay my bills. When I have a white product and I shoot them using pro to mess with the light into the lens is never that good with a white background and a white product like the manufacturers put online. I've tried older DSLR's and they look the same. Sold them all except one. Also, for example my google news feed stutters when scrolling often, how is that even possible.

Whether the camera quality is correct in the update.

Any not-so-bulky case for samsung s24 ultra that makes the phone lay flat on the table???? With the phone having a pen, it is so annoying to try and draw or write white the phone rocks on the table!!!

The Caseology Athlex is what I chose. It's a lightweight case and has the same quality as higher-priced skin cases. It has a very nice grip texture on the sides, and the back of the case feels like sandstone.

I think they will be fixing display grain issue.

Use a tiny needle type object to clean it ( not it won't damage the mic)

My s24 ultra battey and camera are fine

I have none of those issues on the 24 ultra. I use Bluetooth all day, every day. I listen to streaming audio. ( I heart radio). The gainy issue is when I over zoom. (100x)

S23 Ultra is also extremely grainy at that zoom as well

S22 ultra should also be included. I am not sure if s22 should be included.

Pictures and Videos look blurry , grainy , not good at all. Blue tooth cuts out an back on. Not good at all. Maybe going back to iphone soon.

Me to I thing to going back on iPhone,battery it absolutely drain like nothing see before 3hours screen on time ,it absolutely ridiculous!

But of course it is not, and it will never be. Its common sense Jeff. S23 Ultra has actual Optical camera that makes 10 in optical focusing the 10x on the sensor, while S24 ultra has 5x and makes 2 times digital zoom to reach 10. its common sense that S23 Ultra will have the proper 10x and S24 Ultra will have subpar 10x, its common sense.

They are never phone of the year. It’s more like we all wait for the miraculous update that will fix everything and it never comes. Yes there are updates but they never fix anything hardly. If you want phone of the year you need to walk in over to Apple and pick up the 15PM.

I just had to order one this morning. I left my 23 ultra on the roof of my car never to be seen again. The camera is worse on this one? I hated the camera. I wear my noise reducing headphones connected to Bluetooth overnight. I also listen to audio books about three hours a day with them. If Bluetooth is an issue, the phone will be returned.
