Do it anytime between 330am and 530am your time which is best as it's the gods hour time of the day, else you can do it anytime post sunset your time!!! Follow your local time for doing any sadana!

U can use gangajal in place of herbal powder for bathing...and alternatives are available for everything ....I am not a fan of Sadhguru bt I can tell u sadhna is actually good for our body and mind and wearing white clothes is also preferred in shastras during shiv poojan or anusthan 😊 shubh mahashivratri
