just a youtuber Hello! :) It's not a lost cause, because while they do consider undergrad grades in the UP Law admissions process, you can still redeem yourself in the LAE. Don't underestimate how well you can do, my undergrad was Fine Arts but I placed 31st out of 5000+ LAE examinees- the point is, if I can, you sure can, too! Just prepare extra hard for the LAE because that's what's within your control pa to raise :)

Hello, Atty Tina! I happened to have watched your vlog while preparing for the LAE. I recently passed the LAE and all tips you stated in here are on point. I couldn't stress enough how competitive the LAE is. Time pressure is real. Preparation and speed answering are keys. I remembered how lots of hopeful students graced the hallowed halls of Malcolm (some in Bocobo and in Econ) to take the exam. For the benefit of others who were asking, the recent LAE consists of the following: Language Proficiency (50 items, 30 minutes) Verbal Ability (50 items, 20 minutes) Non-Verbal Reasoning/Abstract (40 items, 20 minutes) Quantitative Reasoning/Math (35 items, 40 minutes) Critical Thinking/Logic (50 items, 50 minutes) Reading Comprehension (50 items, 50 minutes) General Information (30 items, 10 minutes) This year, there were no interviews but we will be having our preparatory program this July as prerequisite to be admitted to UP Law. :)

Question 4: A. becasue 1-2 triangle 3 sides to square 4 sides. Then 3 is hexagon 6 sides to 7 sides heptagon tapos ung arrow nalang. Hahaha Math naman is 27 hahaha. Kasi average na 27 multiply mo by 5 = 135 then add ung 135+31+2 = 168/7 = average is 24 Nag apply ako atty sa Ateneo just waiting sa sched of exam. If there are no instructions explicitly setting a limit on the number of sentences, I'd keep my answers between 3-5 sentences long, taking care to avoid long-winded, verbose, and excessively lofty (pang Miss Universe) answers. :) Be candid and interesting, and focus on flawless grammar and sentence construction, as well as good logical flow of your answers. Needless to say, your answers will not have any significant bearing on your application. These are subjective questions allowing the prospective student a bit of leeway to show his or her personality, so I'd take the opportunity to be creative and engaging with my answers, keeping in mind that my grammar, sentence construction, and logical flow would have to be impeccable. :)

Hello! It could be that your requirements are incomplete, or it could be that UP Law is just delayed in disseminating relevant info (due to the holiday season, plus the fact that midterms season is in December). I strongly suggest that you follow up with UP Law (02 89205514) to inquire regarding the status of your application. I suggest you do it first thing next year. Better safe than sorry! Good luck!! :)

Filmed this in my office while there were staff right outside my door. Couldn't modulate my voice. :)
