In practice,such behaviour with an IAS officer is not allowed .Offender is taken to task without delay.video maker is not aware of actual rules of IPC/CRPC!!

Eysi hoti hai kya IAS Officer? Koi vi thappar mar dega ? Like aur paisa kamane ke liye eisa vdo mot banao jise kisiki ijjat kharap ho. Tomhara dosh nahi tomara Ghar me Sayed koi officer hi nahi bana,IAS IPS e sab to door ki bat. Thik bole hai na.
