I worked at Yingling Aircraft in Wichita,Kansas for 22 years, the 441 was my specialty, and went to many places to help customers with problems when they couldn't fly them to us.My longest trip was going to Oaxaca,Mexico to adjust fuel control on one engine.I flew back with the customer to Wichita, only stopping for customs in Mexico and Texas, didn't need to refuel. If a customer called Flight Safety or the Cessna factory for help on these, they gave the person my name and Yingling's phone number.

These are literally hidden gems. Theyre the best private plane if you don’t want to drop insane amounts of money on a jet while being more capable than most small jets. They’re a charter companies dream plane. Nothing better imo

Working for one of the major MRO's that specialize in this family of aircraft Ive worked on and flown the majority of the leet. There is no other aircraft that will do what a 441 will do. Theyre a wonderful IFR platform. With long range and good payload they are the best. If you go back in flight log far enough my name is in this one. Oh yea.

I maintained serial #007 for years, it had the -10 engines. I got to go to Flight Safety for training on the aircraft and fly the sim too!

Ah, I’ve had mine, a 1980 model, for just under four years. I got it for the very long legs and excellent speed. I started out looking at the Cheyenne 400LS and flew two. The Cheyenne also has the Garrets, the dash 14 version, vs. the dash 10s on my (and, no doubt your) 441. It’s such an amazing airplane with even longer legs and 40 knots faster. But the production volume was so low that I was concerned about parts and knowledgeable maintenance facilities. As much as I love the C441, I still fawn over Controller ads for the Cheyenne 400LS. As an aside, the line crew in Scottsdale broke the tab on my airplane!

We considered a 400LS but did not buy for those exact reasons.

The 421 is the Golden Eagle, geared piston engine. The smaller PT6 Conquest (Conquest I) is the 425. I flew my 441 from Long Beach, CA to Orlando, FL non-stop during the winter with a tailwind. Over Texas, Center asked if I had time for a question. I said “sure.” He said “it says here that you’re non-stop from Long Beach to Orlando. Is that really correct?” I was proud to reply in the affirmative. He said “amazing.” The bottles in the wheel wells aren’t blow down bottles for the gear, they’re the fire bottles for the engines. The gauge for the gear blow down bottle is in the front baggage compartment against the aft wall.

Email Support @ E3 Association . com and they can email you the 3d printer file for it. Then anyone can print it for you.

Biggest potential issue with the C441 is the cycles, not just total hours.

Your right. We 3d printed it ourselves. Cant find any to buy. If you take measurements on basically how you want it built, you can have someone on FIVER.com build you the digital file for about 50 bucks. Then just find someone with a 3D printer and make your own.

Cup holders are mounted under the yokes and rotate out from the bottom of the panel unless they have been removed.

typically we would block this at 320. But long rage 270 is conservation. We do Boston to Miami back and fourth no problem with hours of reserve.

Until you need certain parts. We had one grounded for months trying to find nose gear parts. Ended up getting parts off a scrap airframe and had to wait for them to be overhauled.
