Unveiling the Real You: A Journey of Self Discovery

In life's evolving journey, there often comes a moment when the relentless pursuit of happiness and external validation begins to feel unfulfilling. It’s a point we hit where all that chasing after happiness and the need for others' approval just doesn't satisfy us like it used to. That's when the quest for meaning steps into the spotlight. It's like looking inward and asking, 'What really matters to me?' This shift is about digging deep, finding what you're passionate about and what aligns with your values. It might not be as flashy as chasing happiness, but it's like discovering a hidden treasure - a sense of fulfillment that stays with you for the long haul. Of course, the occasional like and comment on social media feels good, but now they're just one part of a bigger, more meaningful picture
In this video, I'm unveiling the real me - a journey of self discovery. I'll be sharing with you my personal story, my highs and lows, and my journey toward self-acceptance. I hope you'll enjoy the ride!

I have been following you for nearly 5 years now. I have seen you become such a strong, confident woman with so many different layers. So attuned to your needs. I wish to be so too. In the course of this time, I have changed so much too. I thought I was strong and empowered, but when I was thrown in a certain situation, I just came out more bruised than ever before. I'm learning to navigate, learning to understand life. Listening to you gives me so much comfort. I hope I adopt some of the ideals you carry.

I don't think I can find the words that would actually express what I'm feeling now, after I've watched this. I am just blown away by your wisdom and depth of thoughts. If only you knew the influence you have at least on one person from your audience-me. I'm sure i'm not the only one, but you are definitely the only person from the other side of the screen that has conveyed this much valuable and wise thoughts and experience. I am soo thankful that I found you right at the period of my life when I was forming as a person and your thoughts and worldview have guided me and helped to choose the right version of self to look up to and try to become. You -unknowingly-have always helped me to move forward and go through life and its challenges or journeys with curiosity and willingness to become better. You reminded me in this podcast once again that the abilities of a person to evolve and become better, stronger and wiser are endless, and in addition to that ,that journey is easier for me as I have an inspiration like you and a wonderful monologue like this podcast. please continue sharing your experience, it is the most valuable story on media at least for me and I am endlessly thankful. Happy birthday and I wish you get as much positivity, kindness and wisdom from the world as you give to it yourself. ❤

Just managed to listen to this Valeria. I truly love how you are evolving, how you remember where you came from and what was the path that brought you here up until now, how you appreciate where you are right now and that you so wholeheartedly try to be the truest, most authentic version of yourself and yet you crave and desire that constant change for the future, as that is what healthy growth is all about. You are a daughter, wife and mother but I COMPLETELY LOVE how you show and speak about your own identity and individuality and your own needs are spoken about so you can keep becoming the best version of yourself. Thank you for this talk 🙏❤️ you make us all feel connected and “normal” as sometimes social media and all these platforms sometimes make you feel a bit less than…

Sometimes it seems everything gets easier for those who don’t. :-) BUT, where would then be the mankind without those who question/had question things? 🔲 Thank you for sharing! ❤ You have such a great qualities - you are brave, kind, orientated and the best thing about you is that you seem really authentic! We can always figure it out. This is such an immigrant mindset. And I’m saying it with pride, it’s a great thing! You lose a lot when you kinda cut the roots and fly. But this, always having faith in yourself. Knowing that “I have me. And thats enough”. - this is the biggest blessing an immigrant is gaining on their journey. I learned to be like this too. 2 immigrations. With all the hardship - and with all its gifts. P.S.: I don’t think that you will ever stop evolving, Valeria. Ofc I don’t know you. But from all the content I see from you.. it’s like to be afraid your eyes will stop being green. I believe that when you are already in the constant evolving and search journey- you can’t really stop. It’s like you see the world differently now. There’s no way in the world it’ll change. And I soooooo much understand the context of people “falling off” cuz they didn’t grow with you. Happened to me with both counties I was living in. It’s just a different type of people. Hope it’s not too personal. But for real, no way that who once started to grow will just stop.

Finding your calling is all about rediscovering who you really are … because you’re already exactly what you need to be. What you need, you already have but trusting this and knowing the truth brings development and understanding in your life journey. 💗

This talk makes me think about these things: 1. Mistakes are not bad. We learn from mistakes. Our brain was created like that (we should learn from mistakes. Not reminding them to ourself non stop to make us feel down. It is for learning :-) 2. Growth continues forever. Physical. Spiritual. Any growth. :-) (I thnik Gabor Mate said this in some talk/podcast) 3. Life is not about finding yourself but creating yourself. 4. Everything is figuratable. (Marie Forelo)

Loved this. Thank you for sharing this. The idea that most resonated with me is the happiness one - if I can accept myself when I’m unhappy, then others can too. And I feel like I do have to be happy, for others, and while it is real happiness because it comes from what I truly want, sometimes I’m just putting too much pressure on myself to be happy. And if I just let go of this pressure and simply be in whatever state I’m in, then I’ll be more honest and straightforward with the world and with myself

I deeply appreciate the introspection and start to feel slightly sad and I think it's because I notice I have not found any women or even men for that matter with this level of introspection. Have the impression it can be seen as too intimate or scary or a waste of time.. or even lots of people exist without introspecting !! Which seems so crazy to me...

Thank you for being so real Valeria, your self-reflection is on another level ❤ imao to an extent - these feelings or insecurities depend on the expectations of the people surrounding you and your responsibilities. My granny who had to work 3 jobs when her husband cheated rarely questioned how judgemental she was being or whether she looked 'good' enough or was capable enough. Imao some things are exacerbated by social media and I think this is one of them. Aging and individual development isn't discussed enough which doesn't help. You're such a good role model - keep being your best self ❤

Valeria, thank you so much for your podcast Not Alone 2.0. Such a power episode. Do you plan to translate it into other languages. I know lots of your russian audience would like to hear it. You can use AI for example. I will be so grateful and happy to share this podcast episode with my mom and friends, but unfortunately they don't know English.

Hi, I'm a long-time fan! I appreciate and love everything you do and talk about! Especially I can see your growth and the evolution of your podcast content. However, the video picture? the profile picture of the video just does not sit right with me. I can somehow see Gary's touch on it? The bog bold font. It looks like some videos of some sort that just deliberately want to grab your attention and give you some lessons. I'd love to see a more aesthetically improved version. Thanks for all you do!💕

Valeria, most non native speakers make this mistake: "how it looks like". This is not used by native speakers. We say either "what it looks like" or "how it looks". Don’t mix the 2 together.
