    Everyone talks about the Maldives, Bahamas, Seychelles, Tahiti, Hawaii and Fiji. But personally, as a Tahitian/Cook islander that’s been to fiji, the cook islands (in particular, Aitutaki and even more - tongareva) far exceeds them all.

    Aitutaki is out of this world. The most beautiful lagoon I have been to. We are visiting Aitutaki next year, we will be staying there only a day trip.

    Thank you for posting this, it was amazing and informative. I am going to both rarotonga and aitutaki for 5 days each soon. If you had a choice between muri beach or the rarotongan, which would you choose? I have booked at The sanctuary, the adult side of The Rarotogan but Muri beach also looks nice

    Thank you very much for watching. Here’s my take, if you love a quieter resort, eating most of the time in the resort and loves to snorkel then stay at the Sanctuary. However, if you want near to everything, amazing beach, bustling side of the island then stay in Muri. @carloschavez-vk4by you are on an island so it is a little higher but to be honest compare to the food prices in Hawaii, or French Polynesia food prices in the Cook Island is way cheaper. Thank you again for watching and don’t forget to subscribe.

    Loved loved the video. This is beautiful. Will you say a 1 day trip in Aitutaki is enough? Or will u say at least 2 days? Do we need an internals driver licenses to rent a car there if coming from the US? How is Rarotonga and aitutaki compare to Moorea and Bora Bora? For a family who loves loves loves to snorkel and see all the beautiful sea life, how is rarotonga/aitutaki compare to the coral garden in Bora Bora? Thanks 😊

    Thank you very much for watching. I really appreciate your comment. Regarding your question, honestly a day trip is not enough. If you can stay longer much better. 3 days on Aitutaki for me is the best time. And yes you need a license to rent a car. With regards to snorkeling, the coral gardens in Bora Bora has a lot of fish but you will see a lot more variety in Rarotonga especially if you snorkel in Aroa Marine Sanctuary, that means staying at the Rarotongan. Aitutaki is not that good when it comes to snorkeling, because there’s not a lot of corals on its water but the place so beautiful and feel more undisturbed than Bora Bora or the Maldives since there address not a lot of buildings.

    how did you obtain a drone permit in going to rarotonga next year and really keen to fly

  • @jeztravel

    @jeztravel

    6 ай бұрын

    I did not get permit but I ask permission from the resort if it is ok to fly a drone. Always ask permission. It is generally acceptable to fly a drone in the cook islands but it is still the right thing to do to ask permission. Enjoy your vacation in the Cook Islands.
