There are some beautiful images in this collection of puzzles. Wish I could find a couple of them but so far I've had no luck. Love the shirt!

You really got a good variety of puzzle images, I saw the ribbon puzzle on your Instagram, it sure looks tricky for speed puzzling. I am piece sorter so I always use trays, I am glad you got a deal on them and the Ravensburger puzzles at the thrift store. I love your shirt😊

"Badda Bloom" is my artwork, so thank you! I can't fault you for not knowing; I don't own a copy, but when I look at the Amazon listing and the picture of the box I don't see any sign of artist credit. If you have a chance let me know if you see any micro-typography anywhere that says something like "Bigelow Illustrations / Art Licensing International". Happy puzzling!

It is gorgeous artwork. The colour combinations are my favourites. I took a careful look at the box and did find Bigelow Illustrations on the side of the box. It's not beside the name of the puzzle but on the opposite end of that same side.

Oh I learned the same lesson about the mandala stones by Ellspeth…I thought it would be a quick speed puzzle and boooooy was I wrong lol! It’s hard to figure out what is gonna be easier and what will be harder. Good haul and great video!

The mandala puzzle is the same artist as the Ravensburger puzzle that they did at the US Nationals, Elspeth McLean - and she lives on Vancouver Island in BC. Looking forward to your thoughts on the Villager puzzle - I kind of hanker after the Salt Spring Swim image, but it's 1000 pc, and I am a bit daunted. I won a Mango puzzle recently, and excited to receive it - I chose Starry Ride-so cool that it's another Canadian company. Also I was gifted a set of 6 sorting trays - they are invaluable for working on busy 1000 pc puzzles.

Oh I really like the puffinry puzzle! Been looking for the other one with the ducks as well but I can not find it anywhere in mainland Europe, and Ravensburger UK wont ship to the Netherlands.

You're right. I try to do casual puzzling with my 1000 piece puzzles.

You could say that the one drawback of doing speed puzzle competitions is that you have to be prepared for images you don't really like. 😟 You have got some nice puzzles there. I have done the Hidden Harbour one and enjoyed it, so colourful. Ravensburger did a 1000 piece version called Dream City which I have also done. That sloth selfie is quite difficult because of the fur and eyes. 🦥 Are you planning to have a go at BOTYP4 when it comes up? Next month I think. Look forward to your next video.

I agree. You need to be prepared for all kinds of images at a speed puzzling competition even the ones you do not like. I am looking foward to the BOTYP4. Can't wait to see what puzzle they selected. If I am able to find it here in Canada then I might give it a try.
