Unusual And Uncommon Plant Shop For Apartment Living in Singapore @littlebotany
In this episode, Fendi shows us around his plant shop @littlebotany (west branch) to see his beautiful collection of unusual plants that do well indoors (in medium to bright indirect light). Fendi deep dive into plant care, and show us many interesting species and how to care for them. He is passionate about plants that can grow into indoor trees, so we will see a few options there. Fendi practices environmentally friendly and sustainable plant care, so keep your eyes peeled for some great tips!

I used to play with that cute croton as though they were spoons. 😂 Oh, and I believe the only way to propagate bamboo is from stolons. You have to really dig up the plant and divide the root clump with an ax or a.small saw. Eep! Haha

Cekur manis (aka sayur manis or sweetleaf) is a very delicious vegetable. It's common in both malay and chinese cuisine, kind of tastes a bit like spinach but with a slight sweetness. Very good in a omelette/fried egg

We don't really have any places like this in Northern California where anyone would help customers in this way. I loved all the repurposed items and the pot recycling is fantastic! I have several moringa trees at home. They grow quickly so you can chop them to make bushy. The leaves can be air dried to make powder to add to your soups and stews. (One time i harvested so much that i left them at a corner in my dirty kitchen and forgot it. I saw a dark non sti ky juice instead. I doused my trees and plants with it. They grew vibrant leaves.) I use the more mature ones or dried stalks even.
@onlyplants

Haha thats cool. They look really good as well. I should consider getting one too
@UtukushiDAE2007
Жыл бұрын
@@onlyplants yes. You can grow them easy. Chop a 2-3inch trunk and chunk it in a pot (so you can prune them to bush) or on the ground (they grow really tall and fruits are long ribbed ones they are fun food to eat. They grow well under the sun and with adequate watering. The leaves that fall can be fermented as liquid fertz. No waste.

I remember that Dieffenbachia !
