We have upgrades for the upgrades of the upgraded weapons that can be upgraded with the upgrade of that upgraded thing. And guess what happens when the mod has an update, more upgrades.

I laughed at this

14:43 when you do a perfect roll at bowling and it replay the shot:

In the replay you can see the enemies didn't cross brace their wood which is why their base collapsed like that.

@@narf0339 Right off the bat i'm going to say I don't know how this mods railgun works, but railgun's have recoil comparable to a cannon. They use electro-magnetics to propel their projectile which doesn't create recoil like the explosion of gunpowder or other propellants would. So if this railgun is true to life it should create negligible amounts of recoil to the frame, and should be totally safe in that way no matter where you put it. Simply put, railguns do not create massive recoil as they are simply large cannons using magnets instead of explosive propellants.

@@Citizen_Snips1 if you are talking about the game then i have nothing to comment, but if you are talking about the 'real' railgun that installed on battleship, they do have recoil, like you playing with 2 pieces of magnets pushing / pulling each other, that is how physics works, to have no recoil the projectile need to be 0 weight, like laser.

@@narf0339 Actually that is incorrect, the projectile itself is not a magnet but just a dense piece of metal. The electro-magnetic systems are only in the barrel itself and has very little effect on the extremely heavy weapon system. And if there is any recoil it would be very negligible amounts if mounted properly. In any case i'm no expert on the electromagnetic effects inside a railgun, but I know its not enough to rip itself off its frame.

Tier 10 nuclear launcher Whole map is eradicated, bringing death upon both teams and causing a gigantic amount of lag only custom built computers with actual compartments solely for RAM can handle

Gotta be honest, the railgun needs like...3x that reload to be balanced. Thats so much destruction and even heavy armor can't stop it.

More heavy armor can. What did you expect, a single piece to stop a shot that costs about a hundred armor pieces to fire? It costs bloody 50k energy to fire. That energy could have been spent on more mining capability. Say half that energy (25k) was used on building osmium armor... You would have 50 pieces of armor to defend against that railgun shot. If that isn't enough then yea, it's OP. If it is enough then that's EXACTLY what balance is.

Tungsten armour stopped the shot. Make a couple layers of Tungsten and the Railgun wouldnt be as damaging.

How is osmium only medium heavy in that mod, it has the highest density of any metal, so far. Tungsten isnt even close comparatively

Unfortunately, a real life railgun still tends to destroy itself after a few dozen firings. Because you have to have a closed circuit for the Lorenz forces to kick in to give it the propulsive force, friction where the round contacts the barrel is... pretty darn severe. It's one of the problems being worked on before they get deployed.

the maus gun costed 35k metal to build.....

oh wow they lost because they had armor on the top, if it was wood it would have broken without taking the rest of the base with it

uhh, diden't seem like the opponents properly crossbraced. the railgun probably woulden't have been very effective had they done that (espeally since that ending woulden't have happened due to not combo-dieing

It's not max 999, but the display won't go higher than that. Look at the video when they first hit 999, it's about 1000 energy per second. But then a bit later, they upgrade all their wind turbines again and suddenly the energy income actually doubles to 2000 energy per second if you look at the total amount increasing.
