To be honest, the deck is not perfect. Sometimes it's too slow in some matchups. I started to play the deck without Counterspell/Marches. But it was unplayable, any burn deck like Boros, Monored, Gruul just destroyed the deck. Had to add them. Moreover, I'm not sure about No More Lies, maybe Protocol could be better, I just don't really like that spell.

Less spells more artifacts. Every turn has to be creating the golems or it doesn't work. I use oaken siren on two for ramp and aegis for removal / synth trigger. Also hulking metamorph is a nice hack for a trigger and copy the synth for busted stuff.

Azorius artifacts was the first deck I crafted when the new set dropped. But yeah, quickly realized I needed to add a lot more removal to be competitive at all 😅

I tried more or less the same with 2 Cryptic Coat instead of the Nets. It's a secure way to ensure 3-mana artifact every turn. This archetype didn't find its way yet... But I have a serious doubt about it. Relying on 3-mana spells is quite slow and expensive.

@@mathieujaillet5996good thought on cryptic coat. My version is running a few copies of Stenn/Urza for artifact/instant/sorcery discount. Also fabrication foundry for ramp and Aegis for removal that also triggers the simulacrum. But you’re right, the meta is so hyper aggro it really requires a healthy dose of luck to not get demolished by turn 3/4 😪

@@PrxDmanplaying more bad artifacts is a trap. Cryptic Coat is all you need to trigger and retrigger, you need the control spells to make sure you don’t just fold to aggro and combo.

It seems like many aggro deck players have never seen braided net before

Don't think it mattered. Would've survived that turn, but then drew those 2 lands for the next two turns, then still lose. Sometimes you gotta try and be lucky.

Day 2 of asking for Esper Superfriends

i sorry but that first game was dumb. the guy has 6 monsters and 11 dmg ready to hit and taps 3 monsters for a 1+1 boost then only atks with 2 of them for 7 dmg??? then later only facing 1 defender atks with only 1 monster that has 2 dmg and does not use the 1-1 that wont be blocked. i cant say it would have won him the game but when life points get low pressure helps opponents miss play why avoid it?
